Holiday rentals in Crestet

We were very lucky to have come across Anne and Fred's ad on Airbnb. From such an estate we have dreamed all these years during our visits to Provence, absolutely quiet and peaceful location about 3 km outside of Vaison la romaine. A total tranquility during the day and at night anyway! The property is generously sized and with the well-kept pool you have a little paradise. If we travel to Provence again, this is our first choice !!! Many thanks to Anne and Fred!

We loved Christine's cabin! It is exactly as described and what we needed: surrounded by nature, at walking distance from beautiful Crestet, very well furnished. Christine and her son in law were both very helpful and friendly towards us. Just a heads up for future guests: To get to the cabin from Crestet DO NOT follow Google Maps directions, as it will take you through the wrong paths and to the main house - and some of those paths are not safe for cars. What you need to do is: go up the hill through the main road until you reach Crestet, then turn left twice. Keep going until you find the american style mail box - do not turn in any of the roads you see before that mail box. Hope this helps!

Bed linen and towels provided. Vaison-la-Romaine shopping area very close by car. Easily accessible also by bike. Seller of strawberries from nearby fields: a treat in season. For bike fans, there are some beautiful routes to ride. Close to Malaucène to tackle the famous Mont Ventoux. Had a great visit.

This was one of the best places we ever stayed at. Everything was super clean. We felt right at home, with the kitchen being set up with every equipment needed to make nice meals. It is just a short drive out of Gordes which makes it perfect to wind down. Its such a beautiful peaceful surroundings. Super easy to drive to all the other towns in the area. We had a great time outdoors in the beautiful garden, with a lovely dining set up and the pool, also pool towels were provided which was amazing. Everything was just great and we would definitely come back.

What a beautifully updated home with all the modern amenities, in such a picturesque and historic village, surrounded by stunning scenic landscapes. The home fits right in with the quaint old village, while having such a modern and comfortable interior. I highly recommend staying here!

The house is a really special place to stay for a larger family or friend group. The house is stunning with many beautiful features and is stylishly decorated to a very high standard. It feels very special being in your own private estate, a wonderful old farmhouse, with options of areas to eat and relax, whether indoors or outdoors. The house is very spacious with everything you need and the outdoor space is beautiful, with a lovely pool and sunbathing area and separate decking lounge area. We really enjoyed the table tennis and pétanque too. Valerie was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. There are lots of beautiful towns and villages round about with excellent restaurants and interesting markets. We wished we had longer than a week and would not hesitate to recommend a stay here for a wonderful holiday.

Alison and Costas are a dream team. Excellent hosts with a beautiful chateau for you to enjoy. Aline is great too. You’ll have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great food and activity recommendations in the booklet. Be sure to visit all the markets you can, and try and eat at Le Flores- which was the perfect lazy lunch venue.

Amazing house, amaing location, amazing host, This house is wonderful. Everything you need is there, fabulous south facing pool which was always clean. Loads of plates, glasses and cutlery. two fridges, two cookers. Comfortable beds with good quality bedding. Amazing location. The house is peaceful and private, yet everything you need is close by. a bakery 200m away, a restaurant 300m away. Vaison La Romain is a few km away and has everything you need, including a market on Tuesday morning. Theres a roman amphitheatre that has regular shows. There are Theme parks, water parks, zoos, history, walking, cycling and so much more with easy driving distance. At the centre of it all is the impressive Mt. Ventoux. It fill the view from the pool and is a wonderful drive up to the summit. I strongly recommend it. Khalid is a great host. Attentive and available, but never intrusive. He lives close by so any problems are taken care of very quickly. He's very friendly and cheerful.
