Monthly Rentals in Cretaio

Loved staying in Ischia. We only had to walk a few steps from the port to the apartment. Super close and convenient location.

This is a wonderful property with lots of history, and it’s good value (plus a cute cat and some sweet doggos to boot!). I had a very comfortable sleep and loved waking up to a view of the hills. GianLuigi was very communicative. The location is fairly accessible by bus (the bus stop is very close), but there is not heaps near by without jumping on a bus to somewhere (about a 10 minute walk to a small grocery store, patisserie, basic pizzeria, etc). I was only Ischia for 4 nights and I didn’t have a car - I would most recommend this spot for folks with a car or scooter to get around. Note that the outdoor area for this apartment is not directly in front of the door, but the other apartments on the property seemed a bit more self contained with the private outdoor area for each right outside the door. Lucia's place was beyond our expectations. Unreal, stunning views, beautiful flat and great location. Lucia gave us loads of great recommendations and even arranged a tour, complete with wine and limoncello in a cellar (the guide Franco, was an absolute legend!). Very close to the thermal baths which is another excellent way to spend the day. Stop looking and just stay here, it was perfect.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. The check-in process was smooth and convenient.
