Bright 2-star apartment with south-facing garden in a quiet residence. On the ground floor, the private parking space is located right in front without a road. Le Clos du Marronnier is a small typical Bessin farmhouse, located at the entrance to the village of Coulombs. We work there with our horses (equestrian education and equicoaching) and do permaculture. On the first floor of one of the houses is an independent, newly renovated studio. Note that it overlooks the street, has an atypical entrance (low door to preserve an engraved lintel from the dawn of the landings) and a miller's staircase (steep) to access the sleeping area.
