Pretty little cottage, fully equipped, heating included, sharing our tennis court, pool, 'pitch & chip' golf, set in our 20 acre garden of undulating grass and wild flower filled meadows, edged by copses where nightingales nest every year and sing all night long. Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

This peaceful accommodation, cool during the hot weather, will welcome you for your relaxing stay on the edge of a small hamlet. Close to the Green Venice of Périgord, producers, and many charming little villages with a market in the morning. Ideally located for GR 36 hikes or Harrison BAKER dirt road, climbing cliffs, several swimming spots. Note: Possibility of adding a travel cot, please request in advance.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
