Holiday rentals with beach access in Crikvenica

Nice place to stay with a beautiful view. Great host as well.

Awesome balcony and view of the sea. Plenty of space. In a great location in a nice town. Grocery and plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy access to water. Host was very nice and responsive.

Perfect beachfront accommodation and the city center is easily reachable on foot. The attentive host lives on the property and can always be reached.

Maria's place was one of the best apartments we rented. All appliances and furniture, - new; linen and towels, - perfectly clean. For cooking, the kitchen had everything you need from dishes, as well as spices, salt, sugar, olive oil and vinegar. The hostess's hospitality also exceeded our expectations: drinks, cookies were waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival, as well as figs and grapes. We also liked the fact that the place is on the hill: swimming in the sea and walking uphill went in favor, we built it. Unfortunately, it will be difficult for those people who have problems with their feet to climb uphill. But such a comfortable apartment is worth it. Very good for two families who want to relax together, but have separate housing. I will definitely recommend Maria's place to friends and will try to come again for a vacation.

Our family spent a few days in the apartment and we were very happy there. We were looking for a place to stay with the pool and it was a hit for our kids (they jumped right in the morning and then in the evening after the hot day you could cool off again). Apartment is very clean, although not big, but you will find everything you need. You don't spend much time in the apartment because the terrace is so great (and shaded) right outside the apartment door and right across the street is also a pool (where the children splash). We were mostly traveling by car (to Krk), which is not really far. The beaches in Croatia (on Krk but also on the mainland coast) are simply fabulous. Maria is a super host, very nice, open and always helpful. We indeed enjoyed it and would gladly come back. Therefore, I recommend everyone to stay at Maria's place:-)

My family and I stayed at Sanda’s place for a night and had a wonderful experience. The view was beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Sanda thoughtfully provided cold beverages and an ice cream bar for each of us, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The location was great, within walking distance of a couple restaurants and just a short drive to the downtown beach. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again!

The apartment with the covered terrace overlooking the sea is very nice and modernly furnished. You have direct access to the beach and promenade. It invites you to take short walks. It was 12 wonderful days.

It actually was all lovely. Everything in the apartment was new and in top condition. Very clean and tidy and during the week fresh towels, great service! Also the pool and loungers always tidy, very clean and fresh towels available every day, Hotel standard is not always self-evident for vacation rentals! The beach is right around the corner and Neptune is excellent for dining.

The host couple was very accommodating and welcomed us personally. Since we arrived with a large car and trailer and the accommodation only has 2 parking spaces available for the apartments, there was a quick and uncomplicated solution for a small surcharge. The cleanliness of the premises and the inventory stood out! We arrived with 2 children (2 and 5) and only made the walk to the beach and into town once. The apartment is very quietly located on a hillside on a mountain, which is rewarded with a great view and tired legs and the kids' mood ;) We will be happy to come back! A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

Fantastic place. Everything is as described and photographed in the listing. A great place to relax, quiet, quiet, privacy. I would definitely recommend. I would like to go back there even though I am not a fan of rest in the same places again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

My family and I had a fantastic time. The apartment is perfectly located. Novi Vinodolski is a beautiful place and although you live very quietly, the beach and beach life can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by SUP. Vladimir is a very warm person and a great host! The apartment is exactly as shown and described in the pictures. The rooms are renovated, only the kitchen could use a little refreshment. The heart of the property, however, is certainly the spacious outdoor area with many opportunities to linger and enjoy. We will be happy to come back.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was convenient yet quiet—perfect for unwinding. Andrea was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Her attention to detail was evident, from clear check-in instructions to thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. For light sleepers: On mornings, we could hear people talking below as they prepared to leave for work? Additionally, a faint humming sound—likely from the hot water pump—was also noticeable throughout day and night. It didn’t bother my partner, but as a sensitive sleeper, I used earplugs. Further isolating any appliances causing this would be a nice improvement. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended. Thank you, Andrea!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Everything was as described and you had a wonderful view of the sea. Ksenija was always available when something was up and very friendly.

The apartment has an incredible view and is very well located. Our check-in was early, which helped us a lot. The host was very kind to us.

Sanja was a perfect host and even got us some food in advance as we arrived at closed shops on a public holiday. She had provided extra toys for our children, which was also great for them. We felt completely comfortable with her and you can't ask for better. The building is a little on the slope which makes getting there a little more difficult and the footpath high from the beach is also a bit more difficult but the view you have for it is absolutely worth it and otherwise the apartment really brings a lot of opportunity. The small garden with barbecue area was also great. Thank you for everything!

We were the 2nd and 3rd week of September in Fabian's apartment. It is exactly as described, with attention to detail. We were also allowed to look at the other apartments. Really one more beautiful than the other. Fabian is super nice and accommodating. When the weather was bad, he immediately sent us an alternative program. Convenient location. Close to the beach and the small town. It's a bit uphill on the way home, but you can do it. We'd come back any time. Sincerely, Susanne and Johannes.

Very nice apartment, location is great. You can go directly to the beach or to the pool. The sunsets on the balcony are truly unique.

lovely spacious apartment, ideal for families. 15 min walk to the beach, and steep uphill walk back but was nice. amazing views of the sea and krk island from the balcony. has everything you need, including a hairdryer. recommend bringing a fire stick if needed. pool area was kept clean and tidy and host was really friendly and accommodating. the local beach was mainly stoney but we preferred it as the water was clearer and fish swim around you. the local town is lively in the evening, live bands, restaurants, bars and clubs at the harbour, but far enough you can't hear it from the apartment. overall we highly recommend the apartment.
