We had a great time at joeys place! Lots of fun and the backyard area is really big and open with great space to relax. One of the bedrooms is completely separated from the house, which was great for us because I meant my sister didn’t have to hear our toddler wake up at 6am ;) The stairs to the downstairs bedroom are as described- steep and narrow, so just have to be extra careful if you have any very young mobile kids with you. We just blocked off with the provided baby gate and put a piece of furniture in front for extra safety and it was fine. Joey was so responsive and helpful, even provided us with extra kid friendly recommendations and a high chair for our stay.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, private, and truly magical place to stay—this is it. The mountain view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Everything in the house—the beds, kitchen, floors, and more—was just amazing. My family spent three nights here, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had during all my visits to Colorado in past few family visits.. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be checking in again on our future trips. My family absolutely loved it!

Grayson’s air bnb was amazing, we loved the views and the hot tub was a perfect touch, not to mention everything was clean! Only thing we regretted was not booking a longer stay! Definitely would recommend it, it was a great time and we plan to come back soon!

Andy was a great host, we bumped into him and his family when we arrived. They were all very nice, accommodating and super friendly. The home and property is beautiful and peaceful. You can really feel the love in the space. Quiet but also close to a HUGE grocery store. The king mattress was incredibly comfortable, often an overlooked detail but so important. Our dogs and us had a great vacation and we are so thankful to have stayed here! P.S - Skye (their beautiful dog) was amazing and a highlight of our trip.

Loved our stay at this beautiful home,was right in the middle of Cripple Creek and Colorado Springs which is exactly what we needed.The house is beautiful and all the little things provided makes you feel right at home!

Our stay at Josh & Wendy's place was amazing! The views from the front yard make it all the more special. The Airbnb had all listed amenities and was exactly as described. The hosts were communicative and were prompt in their responses to all our queries. thanks for having us over!

Centralized location to all of the things we wanted to do while in CO Springs! Very cute outdoor seating and covered parking was a huge bonus!

Great place to stay and only 15 mins from Manitou Springs. Yard and deck was amazing!

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

Very nice and spacious! Perfect for 8 people and did not feel crowded at all. Pretty central location as well. The hot tub was so big, which was great because we could all hang out at once. Would stay again!

This vintage resort- the bubblegum cottage- was so cute! Lots of cute niche vintage things around the property and the views were incredible. Super close to Royal gorge and a few restaurants that were fun nearby. Bathrooms/showers not in the cottage but very close (as was explained in the listing.) had a little fridge/ microwave and a standing a/c that cooled the place efficiently and quickly! we would absolutely come back again! The host, Erin, provided detailed checkin/checkout instructions and responded quickly to messages. Also, the location was easy to find and close to restaurants, the lake, and park. The home itself was cozy and inviting. Overall, we had a great stay!

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

Peaceful place to stay with a cabin vibe, pool grill area, and play area for kids all included. F food, shopping and entertainment all near would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I love Jenny’s and Jason’s places so much. It’s in a great location, beds are comfortable and each place has such awesome detail and creative touches. Jenny and Jason are so kind and responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

We passed it at first but after some communication with Aspen it was a breeze. They have very detailed instructions on what to do in the home and it helped us a lot. Their home was quaint, clean, cozy, private and most of all absolutely relaxing after several days of sightseeing. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back and the views. We will definitely be back! Both of our hosts were extremely friendly and very responsive. I look forward to staying in touch so we can book another of their properties in the future!

We had an amazing time for 3 nights at Black eagle ranch! We had fun walking around in the 3 feet of snow on the enormous property. We came with 4 adults and 1 child to go to the ice castles and check out ice fest. We loved how easy it was to get to and from cripple creek. Karen was super responsive and very kind to us. Her checkout process was especially nice since we had so many people and a child. Everything was definitely worth the price and would love to come back again.

Loved the decor of this cozy mountain home. View was awesome! It was also perfect for having a toddler with patio and playset. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Cara was so responsive and helpful. We highly recommend her and her home!!

The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. The interior design is exactly what you'd imagine a cozy Rocky Mountain retreat to be: warm, inviting and perfectly in tune with the surrounding. Everything was spotless clean. A truly magnificent experience in an unforgettable location. Worth every penny.

This place was beautiful! It was hidden away and in a very small city so it was extremely peaceful! Make sure to bring a variety of clothes as the weather had us guessing! It’s a small town but there are stores and a little shopping center nearby!
