This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Two small halls and a balcony complete the accommodation (75 m2). The spaces are spacious and welcoming. Your property is 6 minutes from Renens train station (very well served) and a 4-minute walk from bus stops as well as shops (food and others). Parking spaces – blue zone – throughout the neighborhood (image).

Entire place

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.

Luxury accommodation located next to Lutry and 500m from the lake. Suitable for families (capacity for 2 adults and 1 children). It has everything you need to spend an exceptional weekend or week of holidays. Ideally situated for a walk in the Lavaux. Fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine and private terrace.
