The area is genuinely charming with lots of nature with fresh air and idyllic scenery.

The house is modernly furnished and has a lot of outdoor space, with a secluded location so you can completely relax or also take your time without any complaints from the neighbors. It is near the Dolenjska Spa, where you can take a break, but if you are visiting in winter there is ski resort Gače nearby. The rivers Kolpa and Krka are also nearby, which are popular destinations for swimming and tourism during the summer months. But in the winter you can go swimming in the KLEVEVZ hot spring where the water always has 24 degrees.

Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
