This outbuilding is composed of a private entrance, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room with TV, two bedrooms with closets equipped with a double bed, a bathroom with large shower and toilet. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
