Stewards Bothy is located within the farm steading here at East Learmouth, it is tucked away in a private location with wonderful walks, cycle routes and picturesque locations on the doorstep, we offer fishing on the lake, horse riding, walking routes and much more on site, the local village and pub is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. We encourage guests to engage in activities such as horse riding and fishing and we even offer livery for those who would like to bring their horses with them

Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee, fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. Work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Our 1 bedroom Pet Friendly Cottage Annex on the family farm, overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is within minutes of the beautiful coastline and yet just 50 minutes drive south of Edinburgh city. With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available but locally, we have great food, world class diving and golf, challenging cycle ways, cliff top walks and tons of fresh sea air. See you soon.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.
