This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

The River Lodge

The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. The great room provides a large gathering space, perfect for reunions and retreats. With 3 additional living rooms all with smart TVs, 5 bathrooms, a game room with ping pong, several outdoor sitting areas, a beautiful fire pit patio and hot tub to enjoy, there's fun for all!

Crosby House

Crosby Casa is quiet, and close to bike trails, downtown, the beach and right on the creek. Enjoy a short walk to main street where you can eat, drink, and shop. It comes with a bike cleaning station, private locked bike storage, E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), EV car charging at 115V/20A, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. We provide all kitchen and bathroom necessities. Enjoy our patio, grill and fire pit by the creek- firewood, charcoal, and fire starter provided.

Perfectly located near downtown Crosby on Rabbit Lake, this 2-acre lot w/ 400 ft of sandy lakeshore is the ideal up-north getaway for groups. All bedrooms are upstairs w/ 1 king bed, 7 Queens, a crib, and a standing desk. The lower level boasts a fully updated kitchen, dining room, game room/bar, & spacious living room w/ a gas fireplace, great wifi, and streaming services!
