SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Beach, train & supermarket 5 min. walking distance

Ideal 2 personas. Muy luminoso y tranquilo, con una gran terraza privada que tiene salida directa a la calle. La playa a tan sólo 5 minutos, es muy bonita, limpia y poco profunda, con un Paseo Marítimo muy largo, agradable, llano y con zonas naturales protegidas. También a 5 minutos caminando hay supermercados, panaderías, bazar chino, pescadería, farmacia, bares y restaurantes, estación de tren desde la que podrás visitar Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sitges, Barcelona, Tarragona y Port Aventura.

My apartment is a short walk from the beach, with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train, bus) within a 5-minute walk. Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and private parking perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona. Newly built apartment in the second line of the sea, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. Totally exterior, very bright and equipped with everything you need (towels, sheets, kitchenware...). Area with all services (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...). It has an elevator, air conditioning, heating and parking. Very quiet, family friendly environment. Beach accessible for people with reduced mobility, with qualified staff in high season.

Bright apartment in the center of Vilanova. Recently renovated mid-19th century house with a simple and modern style. The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and old. The apartment consists of an open space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.

Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Penthouse with a large terrace, elevator and underground parking. Only 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Cubelles, Paseo Maritimo with different restaurants, cafes and bars. Only 5 minutes from the Cubelles train station, 40km from Barcelona airport and 50km from the center of Barcelona. The accommodation was completely renovated in June-July 2025.
