The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

The chalet brings you calm and relaxation with the spa (heated to 37 degrees all year round) and a swimming pool (unheated) (opening mid-May). This charming and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already ready for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. We are LGBTQI+-friendly and believe in a place where everyone feels free and at home!
