We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Thank you for the gift Virginia, it was lovely to meet you 😊

Lovely hosts, who were also responsive when we needed help. Nice touches at the well-equipped property, and it’s very private too. We throughly enjoyed the garden (ripe strawberries every day!). The picturesque riverside deck at the back was a delight for swimming (depths to 2 metres) and for fishing (various species!) Our big dog loved the large, enclosed space. Description is accurate. This is a top choice if you are keen to explore Brive and this area.

This stone accommodation is very pleasant, especially in the hot weather, and its layout is well suited for a stay for two. Comfortable bed and sufficient dishes. Peaceful place in the vegetation, ideal for visiting Padirac and Roquamadour less than 28 km away. Véronique is a welcoming and communicative hostess while being discreet. We would recommend it without hesitation.

It is a small haven of peace in the countryside but close to the most beautiful main places of Dordogne such as Sarlat and Brive-la-Gaillarde. The house is cozy and the jacuzzi is really nice after a day of sightseeing. Thank you to Fabienne for her kindness!

Our stay was very pleasant in this very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. Neat decoration with a lot of taste by Mickael and Caroline who are very friendly. The jacuzzi is the icing on the cake! We have rented dozens of holiday homes, this one is one of our favorites. Go there without hesitation!!!

Marja was very friendly as soon as we arrived, she made sure to book us a restaurant, so we could eat, because we arrived late. Regarding the accommodation, it is just impeccable, swimming pool, garden, trampoline, tennis court, we enjoyed it! If you are looking to relax, connecting with nature is a perfect place. There are plenty of little hikes around, and the starry sky in the garden is just beautiful.

Despite the terrible weather we had a great time at Mary's estate. The place is enchanting, peaceful and relaxing with excellent amenities. The little ray of sunshine was Mary's welcome, an extremely warm host. We'll go back!

This was easily one of the most relaxing, wonderful places we have ever stayed. 5 days away felt like a month's holiday. Beautiful surroundings, extremely peaceful, lovely house. Lots to do in the nearby towns and villages. If you go, you'll want to stay longer and return.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. I will never be able to stay anywhere else in France. Philip’s villa is a castle in paradise. With pastoral views in every direction, this villa drinks you in like an old friend. The pool is magnificent, as are all the rooms in this lovely home. Bedrooms were air-conditioned with comfy beds and linens. The kitchen was perfect for lots of cooking, the indoor balcony was ideal for meals with gorgeous views, and the living room was great for relaxing in front of the smart TV. Philip was the perfect host .. extremely communicative and helpful. It was a special treat to meet him personally when he stopped by one day to say hello. We also enjoyed getting to know Philip’s father, who happened to be staying close by. Edgar, the villa’s regular caretaker, is one in a million, and made our stay even better. The town of Objat became a regular stop, especially on Sundays at the open-air market. Magnifique!!!!

accommodation as described. Very nice house, very large living room with views of the valleys. Well decorated house, spacious bedrooms with storage in each bedroom, the 2 bathrooms are also very large and tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped, both in appliances and dishes, we lacked nothing. we spent a 3-day weekend there, we were 2 families of 4 including 4 teenagers, we were largely comfortable because the spaces are very large. we really enjoyed the full nature, no neighbors nearby, it was very pleasant very peaceful place. thanks for hosting Aline

Very good stay in Dordogne, the house was very clean, the setting is very pleasant, nice garden, Gyslaine is welcoming and the information is clear. I liked the key box which allows us to arrive at our own pace and leave without constraint; I recommend it for the cleanliness and location of the place, close to many tourist places!

We stayed for a month enjoyed a very relaxing time. Marie Christine could not have been more helpful. The village is beautiful and busy during the day but very quiet at night with limited restaurants open. But it is open with all the restaurants at lunch time. The Bar in the centre of the village was very friendly and we would recommend the hotel in the village for food! The walks were sublime - if you love walking you will love it here. Marie Christine was super helpful and hospitable - even when we accidentally broke her fridge - a truly lovely lady. If you like quirky you will love it here.

Excellent stay in Fanlac (couple with a dog) Christophe and Karine are friendly, responsive. The village and its inhabitants are peaceful and warm, not to mention little Vanelle. You will not regret your stay with them and in this beautiful region that is the Dordogne. we loved it.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. You couldn't wish for a better host than Arnaud! Proactively check if everything is to your liking, or inform if help is needed. Via the app to respect your peace and privacy, but take the time for a conversation if you want. The accommodation is new and cozy with an eye for details. We felt right at home there! The thick walls keep heat out and you can have a good night's sleep in the lovely beds and good sound insulation. The location is conveniently located in relation to the many attractions in the area. Much has already been written about it in the introduction to Arnoud and Elodie, but if you want to swim in peace, relax on the side and lie in the shade under the trees with a catering facility, go to Pont de Vicq in Le Buisson de Cadouin. The town of Monpazier is also definitely worth a visit! Normally, supermarkets are miles away, but in this place, there is one 900 meters away. Arnoud, Elodie, thank you for the wonderful time!!

We had a very good stay in Kelly and Julien's beautiful contemporary house. It's even better than the pictures. The house was very clean when we arrived, it is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We enjoyed the view, enjoyed the outdoors and enjoyed the air conditioning at the end of the day.
