The house is beautiful and the description and photos match reality. The house has everything you need for a family stay, it is very complete. Lucia was very kind from the moment we contacted her. He was always very willing to answer questions. We also found everything very tidy and clean. We went on a winter weekend and with the air conditioning and the stoves in the bedrooms you don't get cold. It also has a huge wood stove that is beautiful.

The place was clean, practical, and offered the privacy I was looking for. However, there were some structural issues with the locks—there were no interior locks, not even for the bathroom, and the entrance door lock was quite tricky to use. Initially, I was considering a 4-star rating, but the excellent communication and helpful support after my stay made me raise it to 5 stars.

I loved being in Matin's house, very comfortable with everything you need. Very kind and always attentive to everything. My parents arrived before me and entered easily. Thanks to the firewood that Martin had left, the house was warm when I arrived. The spectacular tub. I would return without hesitation💯. Detail: the gas bottle ran out and there was another extra one loaded, and she also took care of ordering the firewood for me. Excellent!!! House with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There were 4 adults, 4 days in winter, so we really enjoyed the wood stove. The kitchen is nice and complete, the rooms are comfortable. One of them had no heating but as we knew in advance we took a fan heater and soon. Undoubtedly, its maximum potential is in summer, as it is one block from the beach, but as a getaway the rest of the year it is also very good. We even had lunch outside in the sun one afternoon. There is room to park 2 cars next to the house, the neighborhood is very quiet, but close to places to eat and run errands. I didn't know the spa, a very nice option to return in January. Communication with Patricia was clear and effective. Thank you!

Excellent location of the house, less than half a block from the beach. Quiet, with the option to safely bring your pet in a fenced house, which shares a property with another house. It has everything you need to have an excellent stay, very good communication with the host. We'll be back!!
