Francesco's house is a very nice place with open spaces, the kitchen and dining area have a spectacular charm. The loft bed is very original, reminiscent of camping, and the bed is very large and comfortable. The house has everything you need so you don't need to go out and buy the basics, and they even leave you complimentary water. I didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed to me that it had everything and in very good condition. Located in the middle of town in an area with wine bars, oven pizzerias and restaurants, all really good. When we arrived there was a party with fireworks and yet we were able to rest wonderfully. The best beaches are about 20-30 minutes away. In Sardinia, it's essential to rent a car.

I stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is truly a little piece of paradise: peaceful, relaxing, and just a 1-minute walk from a beautiful beach. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I would absolutely recommend it and hope to come back soon!

We felt very comfortable here. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and corresponds to the pictures. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is also equipped with salt, pepper, oil and balsamic. The bathroom is very modern with large spacious shower. Check-in is flexible with a key box. The communication with Maristella was great. Very friendly with helpful tips to come to the accommodation. The alleys to the apartment are relatively narrow, yet we have always found a parking space a few meters from the front door. The location is relatively quiet in itself. However, when we were there, there was a construction site on the street. Since we were on the road a lot, no further disturbing. The only thing that would make the place even better would be a terrace or balcony with sea view. Of course, not feasible in the city. Good value🤗

The stazzu turned out to be even more beautiful than in the photos, spacious spaces, with great attention to detail. The view and the outdoor space are really evocative.

We stayed at Gloria’s place for 1 week with our two kids - 10 & 6. We absolutely loved it. It’s quiet but still close to the town and the beaches. The house is beautiful- it was a dream to come back to after a big day out exploring but we also spent alot of days just chilling on the roof, reading, lazing and swimming in the pool. The views are insane- so incredible! As far as hosts go, Gloria is the best! She was so kind- we needed to take my daughter to see a doctor due to an ear infection and within 10 minutes of requesting recommendations Gloria had booked us into her kids doctor and even helped us find it in town. That is one of many examples of what a thoughtful and caring host she is. The views, the home, the pool, the host and their lovely dog Leia - made this an incredible place to stay!! Highly recommend- we were so sad to leave & hope to come back again!

I didn't go to the place, but my niece and her friends found everything perfect and the contact with Irene was great and very professional!

First of all, I'd like to mention Valentina, very kind, helpful and super hospitable. The apartment is really nice, quiet location, absolutely nothing was missing, shower gel, milk, water, coffee, laundry detergent, beach umbrella and much more! Very clean house! Strategic location, a short time to reach the beaches and the most beautiful places of the Costa Smeralda. Great price Outside the house there is parking. There are supermarkets and bars in the area. I really enjoyed it, I highly recommend it!

Great experience. The accommodation is nice and the geolocation is strategic because close to the main must-see places! Everything is provided on site with nice touches ( coffee, water, cooking kits...) I will not hesitate to book it again if I had to return to Sardinia. In addition, Mario is responsive, friendly and available. A real pleasure.
