Accommodation in Manzanares el Real

A country house with a wonderful garden and pool. A unique place where you can breathe tranquility and enjoy endless outdoor activities with your family. It is located 50 meters from the Maeso Trail that leads to the Yelmo (Guadarrama National Park), and very close to La Pedriza. The house consists of: Kitchen, Living-Dining room, 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and the other with bunk beds, a bathroom. A play area with a mat, sandpit and basketball hoop.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Spectacular house fully equipped with underfloor heating (cold and heat) by aerothermal. Divided into two floors, the main floor consists of an open kitchen, a full bathroom and a living-dining room. The first floor has a double bedroom and another with a trundle bed and a full bathroom (with a whirlpool bathtub) and a balcony overlooking the mountain. 60 m plot with artificial grass.
