Monthly Rentals in Cuenca

The space is just as you can observe in the photos, well located and perfect for rest. Also Valeria was amazing as a host, I tell them a little about my experience: the car in which we travel with my boyfriend was damaged and she helped us with contacts and she was very friendly to help us during the stay. Thanks to Valeria we were able to enjoy the beautiful city of Cuenca in a pleasant place. Recommended 100%

I loved my stay at this place. The building is stylish, with a recent renovation. Modern, but with a touch of the old. The apartment is very cool. I liked the big picture window in the living room with the view of the roof tops and the sky. I liked the two private terraces. I liked to watch the street from the front terrace and I liked to chill or soak up a little sunshine on the top terrace. The kitchen was compact, but just fine for me. The apartment had nice art on the wall, a kitchen with things to use, plenty of pillows, towels and linens. The washer/dryer worked well. The shower was great. Entrance to the building and apartment was easy. The location is awesome. I loved that it is on a happening street. The noise wasn't so bad with the double-paned windows on the front. I used a speaker with YouTube 10 hour ocean sounds while sleeping to mask any noise, and earplugs too on Friday and Saturdays. I hope to stay here again when I return to beautiful Cuenca.

The photos make this apartment look charming, but, believe me, it is even more charming once you are inside. It is so cozy, that even if it is raining outside, you don’t mind just snuggling up and staying inside. The views of the mountains, hummingbirds flying around…..enchanting. The bed is super comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, Wi-Fi was strong and stable. I was there for over a month and could easily have stayed longer. If you are taller than 5’ 10”., you will have to watch your head in the bathroom….but the rest of the apartment has tall ceilings ; )
