Nous sommes situés sur la commune MERAL en Mayenne. Nous vous proposons une petite dépendance aménagée et totalement séparée de notre habitation principale. Il y a deux chambres à l'étage. Une avec 1 lit double et l'autre avec 2 lits doubles. wifi et tv tarif semaine: 35 euros la nuit : 1 lit 10 euros supplémentaires par lit et par nuit tarif week end: 60 euros la nuit et même principe que le tarif à la semaine pour les personnes supplémentaires.

It is in a small, quiet condominium, a private parking space is dedicated to you. Your arrival is done independently using a lockbox. The accommodation consists of a bright living room with equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with a bed (140) and a relaxation area with sofa bed. Bathroom and separate toilet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible upon availability upon request. The accommodation is of course completely non-smoking. The price shown for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, an additional charge will be charged). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Independent studio, classified and labeled 2 stars, in a small quiet corner, with all the comforts you need to stay for a weekend or a longer stay. Furnished by us, you have a sleeping area (1 double bed + possibility of adding an extra mattress or baby bed on request), a kitchen area, a living room, a shower-wc room) + a small terrace, facing south. 5-minute walk to shops and 10 minutes to SNCF train station.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.
