Monthly Rentals in Cumberland City Council

We loved Hazel's place. It was right above Eat street yet private and the amenities were great. The apartment was lovely we felt right at home and enjoyed the afternoon music from the streets below. We did stay over a long weekend and a Paramatta home game, so the night sounds were a little loud, but hey Paramatta won! So bring with a set of earplugs if you think this might interrupt your sleep. We would stay at Hazel's again without a second thought. We also absolutely loved the balcony. Hazel's house is an absolute gem, clean , comfortable (beds were great) and had everything you could need. We loved it and am sure you will too.

We were very happy with our 2 night stay in David's apartment. Exactly as described, it was easy to find and get into, was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and was within walking distance of shops, restaurants (we highly recommend Pizza Guru), and public transport. We would definitely stay again. Thank you David.

I stayed at Sara's place for 2 nights before flying out to Paris and it was the perfect location! The room was bigger than expected, very clean and smelled amazing. The bed was huge, comfortable and had high quality bedding. I've stayed in several hotels in Parramatta, but this place had the best location right on the road of Parramatta westfield and train station and was so much better than any other hotel i stayed at especially given the price! Sara is also a very sweet and helpful host and I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Sydney. Thank you!!!

Mao was a very helpful, friendly and accommodating host. The accommodation was clean and neat. It was very easy to contact him for any issues. It was a lovely stay.
