Great location!! 10 min walk to the beach. You can either walk down a winding road or some steps through the Piazza. 5 mins to main strip of shops and restaurants! Can’t wait to come back

I liked that apparent was very bright, loads of natural light, it had everything I needed. I was able to cook and work comfortably. It has a private balcony but you can also use the shared balcony which has the sea view. I was surprised how quiet it was at night, did not need earplugs:). Giulia was very responsive, very friendly, I was able to have early check-in which was very helpful!:) 6min walk to the city centre, supermarket and Eurospin just across and up the street:) Would come back!:)

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!

House in an ideal location for visiting the coast of the gods. Pasquale was very kind and very helpful. The house was clean and with everything you need inside. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location: from the balcony of the house you can see the beach. Quiet country, with shops and everything you need for a week at sea without having to move the car. The house made us taste the proximity of the sea, simple, clean and organized with everything you need for a serene holiday. Wonderful induction hob! We felt right at home. Communication with Francesco was perfect. He was a perfect host, he welcomed us in person, giving us precise directions to make the most of the house and also suggesting activities we could have done. But the beautiful sea of Marina di Belmonte enchanted us and we often stayed on the beach. Even if it passes by the railway, we can say that the passing trains do not make you bored: we rested during the day and slept at night without problems. It would be nice to be able to come back next summer... Thank you Francesco

Tony is good host, gave us lot of tips and recommendations. We spent a wonderful month at Tony's. The house is a short walk from the sea, fully equipped and you will find everything you need there. Our kids loved the big shower :-) The beach is very nice. Clean blue sea suitable for snorkeling. Nearby is the town of Soverato with various bars, restaurants, attractions for children and a beautiful promenade. The location also allows a lot of trips. Highly recommended!!! Nice place in the centre of a charming town, all commodities are at a walkable distance. Just missing the wifi in the apartment. Alessia was very active to make sure our stay was the best.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

We so loved our stay and one of the highlights was the care and attention from Giuseppe, Micheal’s dad. We enjoyed walking the beach, cooking in the kitchen, and eating dinner on the veranda. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. ❤️

Luca is an excellent host, friendly and always ready to help! from the beginning he gave us a guide to all the sights. The apartment is as in the photos, it is fresh and when it is too hot it has portable air conditioning (it works well) it has a huge terrace! It has everything you need! Ricadi Station is 20 min on foot. Groticelli beach 5 min, Tropea 15 min (all by car) Everything was very beautiful, the beaches in general are wonderful and we will certainly repeat. Thanks Luca :)

We had a lovely stay at Soverato Con Vista. The house is well kept and clean, with parking and a great location, 2 minutes to town. The outside play equipment was a great hit with our toddler too. We will definitely be back again soon. The host was very responsive as well. Thank you!

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with schedules and with the use of the house, where there is plenty of space and tranquility at will. Absolutely highly recommended We'll be back!!

The stay at the accommodation was pleasant. The residence is quiet, well cared for and the swimming pool is clean. Asa is a responsive and helpful host. The house is equipped with all accessories, especially in the kitchen; there is a TV and a hairdryer. The sofa bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

Since we arrived at the time we left, Alessandro was an absolutely fantastic host. Upon our arrival, he personally welcomed us, helping us with luggage and giving us a tour of his beautiful apartment. He also gave us great tips for breakfast and nearby beaches to visit. During our stay, Alessandro was readily available to answer all our questions whenever we sent him a message. The apartment is a short walk from wonderful beaches, has an incredible view of the sea and a large terrace that was perfect for watching the sunset or having our coffee in the morning. Looking forward to booking this beautiful apartment again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in a beautiful spot with stunning sunset views. There’s plenty of space and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool and bar area is excellent, very well maintained. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the nearby beach and only a few minutes’ drive to restaurants and other lovely beaches. Vittoria was an excellent host – very friendly, responsive and informative. She gave us great tips on where to eat and relax. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.
