Όλη η εμπειρία μας ήταν παραπάνω από καλή. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ωραία διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με φανταστική βεράντα και πραγματικά πεντακάθαρο απ'άκρη σ'άκρη! Είναι σε ωραία περιοχή σε απόσταση δέκα λεπτών με τα πόδια από το μέτρο και με στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι. Ο κύριος Ιωάννης είναι πάρα πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός και απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε ερώτηση, και ως οικοδεσπότης φρόντισε να έχουμε τα πάντα, από νερό, καφέ, αναψυκτικά, φρούτα και μπισκότα μέχρι και σαμπουάν, αφρολουτρο αλλά και απορρυπαντικό και μαλακτικό ρούχων!! πραγματικά δε μας έλειψε τίποτα, ήμασταν σαν στο σπίτι μας! ευχαριστούμε πολύ και πάλι για όλα! Εις το επανιδείν!

A very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. All of the appliances work well and the apartment is very clean. It has a beautiful view on the Acropolis, especially at night. The apartment is located à in a residential area with about a 30 mins walk or 20 mins by metro to the tourist attractions. The check-in process was very simple, however the check-out time is very strict with not much flexibility.

The location of the flat is amazing! You have everything nearby, the metro station Dafni with a metro line that goes to the city center, a lot of bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets. The neighborhood is amazing, residential and quiet. The flat has everything you can think of to ensure a good stay. Takis is always available when needed and friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable. I worked online while I was there and the wifi worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this flat!

Гарна квартира з усім необхідним для комфортного перебування. До метро Дафні 5 хвилин пішки, до центру на метро їхати приблизно 10-15 хвилин. До моря можна доїхати на автобусі, що зупиняється недалеко. Сам район Дафні спокійний, є ресторанчики, супермаркети, можна відпочити від бурхливого центру. Дякую господарям за охайні, затишні апартаменти і легкий чек-ін та чек-аут.

Wir waren für vier Nächte bei Ioannis. Das Appartement ist, fanden wir, noch größer als auf den Bildern. Alles sehr sauber und der Ausblick über die Dächer Neos Kosmos‘ und natürlich die Akropolis war einfach wunderschön! Es sind 2min zur Metro von dort ist man super schnell bei den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man findet Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Tavernen etc. alles in Fußnähe. Es macht sehr viel Spaß auch unterschiedliche Stadtteile zu erkunden zum dem krönenden Abschluss dann abends glücklich noch auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Ioannis war super nett, hat uns hilfreiche Tips gegeben und immer super schnell geantwortet. Ich kann ihn als Gastgeber und sein Appartement wärmstens empfehlen!

Of all the airbnbs I’ve booked this has been the best I’ve experienced in terms of: ✅ Amazing host ✅ Smothe check in and details ✅ Home stock I felt home the second I entered the accommodation. You can see Athina goes above and beyond for her guests. There is nothing you need that you will not find in the home! And tiny tiny little details such as cotton buds and pads which came in handy when doing makeup as I forgot mine. She even had a lint roller to clean my jacket etc. if you’re in doubt whether to book it, this is your confirmation that you should!

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Athens — it exceeded all of our expectations! The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning terrace. We spent every morning sipping coffee and every evening enjoying wine under the stars — it truly felt magical. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The host was warm, welcoming, and super responsive, which made everything even better. But honestly, it’s the terrace that makes this place unforgettable. Whether you’re relaxing with a book, having a quiet dinner, or just soaking in the Athenian atmosphere, it’s the perfect private escape right in the heart of the city. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would come back in a heartbeat!
