Great house as a base for us and our family. Very comfortable house, easy to walk to shops restaurants and beach. Morris and Daisy were very helpful and attentive hosts, providing toys for the children and even a monitor so our son in law could work while at the house

We absolutely loved our stay at Patrick’s beach house - it was everything we hoped for and more. The home was immaculate, beautifully modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with a spacious open-plan living area that made it perfect for our family. Waking up to the sunrise over the water through the lounge windows felt like something out of a travel magazine. The location is unbeatable - right across from a peaceful stretch of beach that’s perfect for morning walks, kid adventures, or simply unwinding with a coffee and the view. Having multiple bathrooms was a huge bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. Patrick was an excellent host – quick to respond, clear with communication, and genuinely welcoming. Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced - we’re already planning our return! Cheers!

Great hosts, they did a good job in preparing the house, messaging and checking in to see if we needed anything. Clear and friendly instructions. I had a fantastic stay and the house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. One of the best parts was its convenient location just a short walk to Albany Village, where you can find shops and cafes. The kitchen was fully usable, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. If you're looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway with great amenities, I highly recommend this place!

+ It is spacious, clean, decent qual furnishings, air con, bush outlook. The place peaceful w double-glazed windows- grateful for that as I opened the doors in the v. late evening & heard yelling but when I closed door, I heard nothing. Thank you for the coffees & chocs. Park in front up close. Lifestyle block area, not like in the burbs. I liked that the pods are attached, you don't have to go outside to go to the bed. - The house above has their lounge looking down on us, not private when going to car. Back door leads to outside but doesn't lock & no blinds! Scary at night when moving to go to lounge or bedroom you had to go through that area. I had to chase the hosts down for replies. They'd see my friendly messages (only 1 last night & 1 today) but not reply for ages, if at all. The kitchen window has no screen. There is no free-to-air channels/other programs that are watchable w'out a cable account. I suggest a shade sail for cars. Overall though it was good for us. Cheers!

Highly recommend - everything is well thought out. We spent one night here and everyone wished we had booked for longer. The spa was amazing especially during this cold weather. The gym and sauna are well equipped. There’s a bbq and loads of board games. Netflix and sky aswel. Everything was just amazing

The house is bueatiful with stunning views, private and very peaceful. A great place for a family winter long weekend away and just a short distance from Auckland for ZOO and MOTAT outings. It has every thing in the kitchen you need and Moniques communication is 10/10, we new exactly what was there and what was expected. Extremely satisfied, Thanks Monique.

Super comfy and cosy stat. Morven and Doug were accomodating, flexible with check in times and check out times. Allowed us to have our dog stay and have access to back yard which was great. We often work in the area so will be sure to rebook! Thanks heaps

Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

I loved staying here! The setting is gorgeous and the apartment is gorgeous! It is comfortable and well-appointed with everything you could need and more. Pam is a wonderful host, ready to help whatever needed. I was sad to leave and hope to have another opportunity to return.

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Helene was very quick to respond to messages.

Sandra's apartment was a perfect little haven for our stay! It was impeccably clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable few nights. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and the living area was a lovely spot to unwind. We really appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how conveniently located it was to shops and transport. Sandra was a wonderful host, providing clear instructions and making the whole process smooth. I'd happily recommend her apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in the area.

We loved our stay at Gay’s pool suite. The decorations were so charming, the gardens lush, the pool so fun right outside. And Gay made a bunch of garden games available to our kids which was awesome. Everything we needed was there. It was a lovely stay.

Feeling very refreshed after 2 lovely days spent at the magical Bethells Beach. Mary’s spot is a so peaceful, cosy and the perfect location to unwind for the weekend. Mary was incredibly helpful and kind and provided some great suggestions of the area. An extra special treat is Mary making us a yummy breakfast with eggs from her 4 local ladies and a delicious cup on coffee. It truly was a 5* stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

We really enjoyed our stay at Irene’s. It was great to be so close to the beach and there were lots of shops and cafes within walking distance. It’s a scenic 20 minute drive to Snow Planet is that is part of your holiday plans. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasure. Irene was so friendly, helpful and caring. We would definitely stay again.

Mathilde was so friendly and supportive. She has prepared a wonderful guide with walking maps and cafe recommendations. The flat was well stocked, warm and comfortable. It’s a lovely area with gorgeous bush walks and cafes within walking distance and beaches via a short drive. We will definitely stay again.

Gary’s place was amazing! We went to an event at the Powerstation which was 600m away. Communication and directions for checking in were spot on. The apartment was stunning, fantastic views over the city, clean and welcoming. Bed was super comfy and it was very peaceful. Gary left eggs for us for breakfast which we scrambled and everything you could possibly need was there. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Auckland and highly recommend.
