This apartment has all the amendments to make you feel like home. It is located on Garegin Nzdeh square, which you can see from the balcony. 2 min walk to metro station, from where you can go safely and super fast to City center in 10 min, avoiding traffic and high-cost taxis. Location is very safe, surrounded by numerous shops and supermarkets. Also, nearby are some major hospitals (for medical tourism).

Stayed in this three-room apartment during a trip to Armenia — I liked everything very much! The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy, fully corresponds to the photos. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay — from dishes to bed linen. The location is convenient: there are shops, cafes and attractions nearby. The hosts are friendly and always in touch, the check-in was quick and without problems. We only have positive impressions — we recommend it!

New modern designer apt. with a balcony

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

It was magnificent. Polite hostess and her beautiful clean cozy apartment ,… wonderful view from the windows and from the balcony. Suzanne took care of everything for her guests, even a new topper for the sofa was prepared to make it comfortable to sleep. She answered any questions quickly and politely. It was incredibly pleasant . We will recommend this apartment to friends and when we return to Yerevan, we will contact Suzanne again. Thank you very much .
