Here, it feels like you're in the countryside, but still in town. You live in peace and quiet, without TV, by Lake Varpan with only 2.5 km to Lugnet's ski stadium and 3 km to Falun of Falun. You have 600 meters to the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the jetty in the summer or take a dip in the ice hole in winter. Wood-fired sauna is available, bring your own wood if you want to use the sauna. In winter, if the weather and wind allow, there may be a plowed ice rink/walking path on the lake, and ski trails are usually prepared.

The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed + a sofa that can be used as a sleeping place (fridge and freezer are in this room). The living room has two single beds as well as a dining table and a cozy fireplace. TV with Chromecast (antenna cable is missing). The kitchen is small but functional. The proximity to Tällberg provides a wide range of restaurants, spa and cultural experiences as well as hiking trails, skiing and ice skating. The nearest swimming area is at Tällbergs Camping or at Laknäs Ångbåtsbrygga. In the nearby area, there are also several other well-known excursion destinations such as Dalhalla, Falu mine, Zorn farm, Vasaloppsmålet, Romme Alpin, Carl Larsson farm, Orsa Grönklitt, and more.

Stay at Yarden classic Dalagård

You don't share any spaces with other guests, but the entire place is yours. This classically built and historic Dalagård has an amazing location just outside Orsa overlooking Lake Orsa and an endless forest in the back. There is total silence here, but it is close to Orsa city center (2 km). Solar panels and geothermal heating make your home fairly carbon neutral. The location is perfect if you want to discover the amazing Siljan area with Zorngården in Mora, etc. Wood-burning sauna can be booked separately.

The cottage is located about 300 meters from Lake Orsa. In the nearby area, there are several swimming areas, bike and walking trails. Parking next to the cottage, possibility to charge electric car!

Charming overnight stay near wilderness and E45

The farm is from 1909. You live under the roofs in the old barn. There is a stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle. There is always coffee, tea, oil, spices. The bathroom, which is new in 2021, is just below the apartment, but you have to go outside to reach it. There's also a washing machine. The toilet is also located there.
