Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3. Free electric car charging. Without visibility and with the forest next door. 2 km to Granberget ski slope for both downhill and cross-country skiing. Proximity to Lake Siljan and walks in the beautiful village Alvik. An air heat pump is available for both heating and cooling. EV charging station is available. The house is on a level and the nearest neighbor is over the gravel road a bit away. The house is good for the family with children - there are more high chairs and a crib.
