Välkomna till vårt nyrenoverade hus på 75 m2 i vackra Skålbo. Tystnaden är påtaglig när man kommer in på gården. Otrolig utsikt över åkermark och skog, fantastiskt solläge och en stor nybyggd terass med pool (poolen öppen juni-aug, om vädret tillåter även september) Här finns alla bekvämligheter för en familj eller ett grupper på upp till sex personer. Kamin, tvättstuga, två sovrum, kombinerat kök/vardagsrum och vedeldad bastu. Vi erbjuder även gäster tillgång till friggebod med 3 sovplatser.

You can also go downhill skiing in the slopes of Gopshus mountain, just around the corner. In the area are also several other ski resorts within easy reach for a daytrip (Grönklitt, Gesunda, Sälen). Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

Lägenhet, byggd 2020, hyres ut i Lindvallen Sälen. En av norra Europas största skidorter. Bästa Ski in/Ski out läge. 30 meter från backen. Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Luxxigen property

A luxury residential house spread over 30m2 with bathroom, sauna , kitchen , living room and sleeping loft. Outside the house there is a hot tub with room for 7 people , as well as parking for one car. The Attefall house is right next to our house on the same property. And as the description says, it's a sleeping loft, which means you have to be able to take a ladder up to sleep.
