The place was very clean and welcoming and close to everything our stay was great would definitely stay here again! Very responsive and helpful as well which was very appreciated!

Great comfortable guest house near everything in Hollywood and Ft. Lauderdale

I really liked it, everything was thought out to the smallest detail. Convenient contactless check-in, very clean, pleasant to be indoors. The host responded within one minute when I asked for help. I recommend it to everyone, the quality is higher than the cost of housing, it is 100% I will gladly book again.

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.
