There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

We would be happy to host you in our fully sheltered and detached villa with a private pool (6.50 meters long and 3.20 meters wide) in the center of Datça, one of the most beautiful holiday towns in our country. Our house was renovated and put into service in June 2020 to meet all the needs of our guests. It offers a very nice holiday option for both families with children and those who want to have a holiday with a group of friends.

The house is situated at the very heart of the old town, with many restaurants, cafés, bars, and boutiques nearby. One of its highlights is the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the charming view of the stone streets and relax under the sky perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
