The place is very near the airport. The subdivision is gated and safe. The house is right in front of the clubhouse that has a pool. To commute, there are tricycles right outside the subdivision. The house is spacious, beautiful and clean. They also let me leave my bag while waiting for checkin. The subdivision is a bit far from downtown so this has to be taken into account but it is near Sasa wharf if you plan to go to Samal. Highly recommended place to stay with accomodating hosts!

Highly recommended! We stayed here for three weeks, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The room is well-maintained and has everything we need. There were no issues with the AC, the hot and cold shower worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Probably the best overall condo rental I have ever had. The location and building management were excellent. Security was very present and effective but not militant. The unit was larger than most with a great view. Hot shower and cold Air conditioner. Definitely recommend this rental. 10 for 10 I would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay here with my boyfriend. Feel at home kami masyado kasi we could cook there, which made the experience more special and comfortable. Ang cozy ng ambiance, very relaxing and peaceful. Parang gusto mo na lang magstay sa room all day. Complete rin ang mga gamit, kaya no need to worry about bringing a lot of stuff. The owner was also super responsive and approachable. Sobrang thankful ako kasi when I accidentally locked the CR door, they quickly helped us out without any hassle haha. Very accommodating and kind. Overall, sobrang sulit ang stay namin. Perfect for couples or even small families na gusto lang mag-relax and unwind. We are pleased to share our positive experience with Genevieve's property. The accommodation was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its convenient location, within walking distance of Abreeza Mall, was a significant advantage. Furthermore, Genevieve's responsiveness and approachability were highly appreciated. For future enhancements, we suggest considering larger cooking utensils, such as pans and pots, to facilitate more comfortable meal preparation.

Kristelle was lovely during the stay and communication was great throughout. She was very accommodating and overall the place was exactly as described!

The place was so nice and very accessible to everything. The lifts are just outside the unit, the refuse room and electrical room is nearby. There was even an honesty store inside the unit. So when you are tired to get down to buy something, you can just check the honesty store. The host was very accommodating, always responsive and proactive. We will book here again the next time we visit Davao.
