The place is modern, clean, and very comfortable, the beds were a little small for us, but we come from the U.S. so maybe that’s why, other than that the place is perfect for families or friends wanting to hangout together in Davao

Had a wonderful stay. The location was easy to find. The area was very accessible to taxis/jeepneys should the guest find the need to commute to specific locations. It is also beside Abreeza mall which is an added bonus for travelers.

We had a great stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The place is cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Sofia was really accommodating and responsive, which made things super easy. Definitely a spot I’d recommend.

Great cozy place and in a great location in Davao

Probably the best overall condo rental I have ever had. The location and building management were excellent. Security was very present and effective but not militant. The unit was larger than most with a great view. Hot shower and cold Air conditioner. Definitely recommend this rental. 10 for 10 I would rent again.

I love the place tho it is a small place, it is ideal for couple. Everything is working and everything i need for a short stay was there except for a hair dryer but there is an electric fan if you will need one. If i may suggest tho', a towel in the kitchen and a foot towel in the cr would be perfect. The surrounding is lovely, quiet and private. There is no hassle in going in&out of the place. The guards are all very kind .

We really enjoyed our stay here with my boyfriend. Feel at home kami masyado kasi we could cook there, which made the experience more special and comfortable. Ang cozy ng ambiance, very relaxing and peaceful. Parang gusto mo na lang magstay sa room all day. Complete rin ang mga gamit, kaya no need to worry about bringing a lot of stuff. The owner was also super responsive and approachable. Sobrang thankful ako kasi when I accidentally locked the CR door, they quickly helped us out without any hassle haha. Very accommodating and kind. Overall, sobrang sulit ang stay namin. Perfect for couples or even small families na gusto lang mag-relax and unwind. Thank you so much for accommodating us ^__^ Will definitely come back again and recommend this place to friends and family.

the place was good, safe, some restaurants nearby, also laundry place next door, a little far from airport though, but overall is well worth the price.
