Monthly Rentals in Davenport

My husband and I stayed there for our daughter’s wedding in Felton. What an amazing place to come back to after a very long day (amazing celebration!) and relax in the backyard amongst the redwoods. Super peaceful. The kitchen has everything, and I mean everything you need. Be aware there are 2 steps into the bedroom which we had to remind ourselves so we didn’t trip. All was really clean and welcoming. We would stay here again!

Love it!!! The only thing I was not expecting was how small the bed was. Looks much bigger in the picture. Everything else was magical! 💜

Peter is the man. His place was exactly as described and the pictures matched. He was a very kind and generous host. Twice I had food delivered and had no knowledge of it arriving until Peter came around and told me both times. If you are visiting Santa Cruz or the surrounding area’s and want privacy away from the city with a good environment, then this is definitely a great choice!

We absolutely adored this little Gem. Its footprint is small but it doesn’t feel small. The layout is perfect for a small family. The Primary bedroom with en suite bathroom was perfect and so well positioned from the smaller bedroom that everyone had ample privacy. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen a dream. My husband loved the Atari and the smart TVs were very nice. Of course, the sweeping views of the Pacific were amazing and with miles of beaches both south and north of Davenport, the location., amazing. The cottage was clean and updated and had thoughtful additions like a washer and dryer. We will definitely stay again. Great location, great space and hosts that are very responsive.
