Very spacious, clean , free of excessive clutter. I loved the items for an infant/toddler. (I brought my 10 month old). It was perfect for my small family. A responsive host a well equipped kitchen and it’s close to a lot of restaurants. Overall 10/10. Will be returning.

Beautiful place, as seen in photos - Add 10 minutes to travel to get in/out of this area to the highway - The clubhouse w/ lazy river, pool, tiki bar and restaurant are a 5 min drive and well worth a visit - 25 min drive to Disney property - 10 min drive to Publix or Starbucks

This is the first time where I actually am overly satisfied, not only was this home beautiful but it felt like a home away from home. My family and I watched movies and played board games. This home was not only in a super local area we also drove maybe 30 minutes to the nearest outlet mall and had a great time. We also enjoyed the universal themes parks as well !! Great stay would definitely recommend 10/10

We cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay during this winter. For the second year we have enjoyed a wonderful, clean, peaceful stay at this fantastic condo. There is nothing to complain about. Ana has been a very responsive and helpful host and everything was just perfect and was truly a comfortable “home sweet home”. We will surely stay at Ana’s condo again and again in the years to come.

Spectacular!!! This was by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. Well decorated, furnished and filled with everything you'd ever need. Lots of fun to do around the resort. Raymond & Kevin were very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to booking with them in the future.

The place was great and exactly what we were looking for. A lot of restaurants, including one right next to the pool on rainy days that you just wanted to hang out. A lot of grass areas to walk your pets, and had those stands for the doggy bags throughout. Easy elevator access for wagons if you need to use one. A couple of things to note, you should message Kevin prior to arrival for Gate / Access information, as the gate to come into the property was closed at all times. Also be aware of the garbage cans… as many have mentioned, there are raccoons and vultures circling for food. As long as you stay away and can throw the garbage, it wasn’t a problem. There was one thing we would have loved, that wasn’t available… being the AC being a bit lower than 70 - it’s Florida and we’re hot, we would change it to a bit cooler (67/68) and it would go back to 70. The room in front of the kitchen is hotter than the rest of the house. Other than that, the stay was amazing.

The villa was absolutely amazing, better than the pictures. The house was super spacious for all 5 adults. Shuttle to the parks was convenient and on time. Host gave us a schedule to help navigate. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Living room was large and comfortable. Loved relaxing on the back patio overlooking the golf course. Host were on top of everything and made our stay absolutely perfect!

This exceeding any expectations for taking our kids to Disney for the first time. Eric truly thought of everything to make the condo feel like home away from home and anything you need down to silverware for your our baby and toddler. This was such an exceptional experience and the resort was so much fun for our 1 year old and 3 year old!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Omar and Lucy were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Dan was so helpful and very great to work with! I was here for a research conference and his place was close to the convention center. He was also flexible, my last day of the conference I asked for a later check out time and he was able to accommodate which I greatly appreciated. His placed was also a short uber to other locations but was also a quiet oasis to come back to and rest. Very grateful to have stayed here!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was thoughtful and attentive, always quick to respond and very helpful with details. The location was perfect for our trip, and we truly felt at home. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the experience even better. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

WOW! We stayed at this rental with our two kids and we were thrilled with all of the Disney touches throughout the rental. Even the toaster toasted Mickey onto our bread! The toys and kid friendly items were so appreciated. I am very picky about cleanliness, but this condo was spotless. Things that are often overlooked in other places were clean and fresh. It was such a wonderful place to come “home” to at the end of a magical Disney day. We also enjoyed the splash pad and the proximity to the clubhouse amenities. Lina was friendly and responsive and we loved reading about Bongo’s story. Definitely the best place we’ve ever stayed with our kids! Hope to stay here again!

I have booked many air bnbs but this by far as been the best location & host. Rafaela did a great job at making me and my family feel welcomed and was very attentive to any questions that came about during our stay. We were provided with all house essentials making it feel exactly like home. Beautiful & clean place!

Beautiful, clean place close to everything. The only downside was the noisy guests above us, sounds like a dozen of children running at seven in the morning when we were trying to rest after a long day at Magic Kingdom.

I Absolutely loved Sonja’s location. It was perfect. The home was perfect, beautiful, and very clean. There is also lot to do in this area. I definitely recommend this home to anyone that’s looking for a home away from home. Sonja also continued to Communicate with me which was awesome. When I come back I will book with her again. Blanca was a great host. The condo was very clean and comfy.

From booking to check-out, Alex was on-point with his excellent communication, hospitality, and friendliness. We traveled to Kissimmee and stayed at The Pondview for business and it was the perfect location to be able to relax and unwind after attending our conference. The gated community was safe and the amenities were pristine. I sat out on the screened in porch every morning and enjoyed the peace and quiet and beautiful view overlooking the pond before a morning workout in the fully equipped gym. The pool was perfect and we basically had the whole thing to ourselves most of our stay! The apartment was fully furnished with everything we needed and more! Being able to do laundry before heading home was an added bonus!
