Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Davenport

The house was perfect for my Girl Scout Troops staycation. We had the perfect mix of things to do with all ages between the house and the Clubhouse. I would highly recommend this house for some local fun with an at home feel.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the game room, movie room and pool. Close to the resort amenities in Championsgate.

All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

My family and I came to visit and celebrate my son's 2nd birthday. 16 adults and 3 children. The home was so spacious and full of activities and amenities to enjoy: pool, gameroom, theater. We never felt like we needed to leave. My 12yo son and his older cousins even was able to go to the neighborhood basketball court to shoot around (within walking distance). Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, beach/pool towels in laundry room. highly suggest staying here if you're looking for a true R&R vacation. couple of suggestions (small, but noteworthy) surround sound in theater or at least sound bar. stairwell had a few cracks in finishing which were covered by tape and shelves in fridge do were broken. all which could've potentially came from previous family staying and owner wasn't able to fix/replace in time. otherwise - definitely stay here if you are vacationing with a large family! We will love to come back and stay here again. perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay! Carlos and Anna are very friendly people and it was a pleasure staying at their home. Everything is as described if not even better. We really enjoyed spending our time in the backyard and in the pool. They had everything we needed and checked up on us multiple times to make sure we were okay. Bathrooms were super clean and sanitized. Amazing hosts, will definitely come back and revisit their home.

Where do I begin?!?! The home was everything my family expected and more!! From the seamless check-in to the accuracy of the listing, the house was wonderful! My family takes a weeklong vacation to Florida every Summer and we stay in 10+ bedroom homes. I’m always looking for the most luxurious homes at the most affordable price. This home absolutely fit that bill!! The level of simple luxuries the house provided made for an amazing trip! Our stay was wonderful. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space, the fenced in yard was great for our fur babies! The ac had trouble cooling in the afternoons since it was so hot but they quickly added a portable ac to the main area so we were comfortable and were so accommodating and responsive!

This was a great place to plan a vacation. We had a family of 13 come down we had plenty of room, and there was plenty of things for the kids to do. We was the first family to come down in a RV we got surprised that we had to pay an additional fee. Mark and his team did a great job on getting half of our money back on that. It was a great experience.

Host is great and so understanding ! Even my broke few things in the home still host provide me reasonable replacements ! Host re clean the one of the room after i requested ! So great to pick this home for our vacation and definitely recommend for any family! I definitely rent this again in next time!

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

Casa muito confortável , perto da Disney e a uns 30 minutos da Universal pela estrada principal. outlet Vinelad bastante próximo, muito fácil para se locomover de carro e o bairro muito tranquilo. centro comercial bem próximo da casa. piscina do condomínio muito limpa e agradavel , e a casa tem toalhas de piscina . limpeza impecável, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. único ponto a melhorar é que os quartos são muito claros e só a suíte possui cortina, os outros só persiana que não vedam bem a luz e o segundo quarto de casal tem uma parte da janela totalmente descoberta , ruim para quem está acostumado com quartos bem.escuros. de qualquer forma nossa estadia foi ótima e a casa nos aténdeu muito bem, recomendo muito a estadia .

Rarely does a place surpass expectations. This apartment was in pristine condition and only 10-12 minutes from Disney/Magic Kingdom. I will certainly stay here again and would recommend it for anyone looking to stay in the area or visit any parks! Andrea was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The apartment was so cute and cozy, super clean and spacious. It is in a gated property so itself safe and overall a great location. If and when I am back in town, I will definitely stay here again.

Adam is a great host. We really appreciate the extra amenities that most airbnbs skimp out on like extra toilet paper rolls, my kids adored the extra Disney touches, and although having to wait for 3 toddlers to make it up to the 3rd floor was challenging for me they had no complaints! We very much enjoyed our stay and took advantage of what the resort had to offer! Thank you Adam for helping me find the airbnb when I accidentally put in the wrong directions.
