This is an peaceful, thoughtfully designed, private, quiet top floor condo unit. The grounds of the property are stunning, adding to the relaxing feel. High-end appliances, tasteful lighting and decor, a soaking tub in the bedroom, and high ceilings create an airy, open space with gorgeous views of the water fountain, golf course, and colorful mansions in the distance. Filtered water from the fridge is ideal for guests who dislike the taste of Florida water. It was a pleasure to meander through the resort’s million dollar houses. The apartment feels like a luxury hotel suite, but has some hotel-like drawbacks. No laundry in-unit, no closet space just an Amazon basics portable rack in the open. There is also no patio furniture as pictured but balconies are rather narrow and best for standing anyways. There's room for improvement but overall a good stay at a discounted rate.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation unit, managed by Denisse! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every room was impeccable—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The Tuscany Resort amenities were truly a dream. From the serene pool area to the quiet, well-kept surroundings, everything added to the perfect vacation vibe. Denisse was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made the whole experience seamless. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

This place was incredible, as soon as we walked in we were so impressed with the way it was presented. We had arranged for a celebration set up and this was absolutely stunning and all of it blew us all away. The pool and hot spa is definitely a good way to end a busy day. In a good residential area and 40 minutes to Universal Studios. We will definitely re-book when back in Orlando.

Chris and Shane were wonderful. Chris saved me from another home that did not work out for my family. Chris addresses any question or concern within minutes. Plus their home was so perfect that we extended for an extra night.

The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. I had a wonderful time reconnecting with my adult children after a long time. Having a Walmart nearby made it easy to pick up anything we needed. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the kitchenware, bed linens, and towels were all fully stocked. Communication with the host, Adrian, and the management office was smooth and responsive. Everything was well-prepared for a pleasant stay.

Our family had a great vacation and really enjoyed the house! There was plenty of space for everyone, the resort was a definite bonus (highly suggest renting a cabana!). The movie room was a family favorite. Ryan was quick to respond to any message, including sending a pool tech out (Tony who was great!!), when we needed help with the pool.

The Disney themed bedrooms were a big hit with our family. My son had trouble deciding which room was the most fun! My husband and I were very comfortable in the Aladdin themed room and large bathroom. Plenty of towels both for the bathrooms and pool. It rained a lot while we were here (It’s springtime so we get it) but the few times we did get to use the pool it was quite fun and there were plenty of water toys for our son. We enjoyed the space! We also also like to stay in and cook and it had almost everything we needed for home cooked meals after a very busy day at the Disney Parks. Would stay again!

Our family of four adults and our two dogs stayed in Jade and Nikita’s beautiful home for my mom’s 60th birthday and Father’s Day weekend. We were messaged that the house was ready for us to check in 2 hours early which was fantastic. The house location is perfect, and the neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and very peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Jade and Nikita have provided any and all supplies you will need for enjoying the home and pool area. We spent most of our time outside by the gorgeous pool/ jacuzzi. The screened lanai was great. Our 2 dogs had the time of their lives running laps in the huge fenced in yard! All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and the large couch was nice for watching tv after a long pool day. Jade and Nikita are the absolute best hosts. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and they’re very friendly. This has been the best vacation rental our family has ever stayed in and we will 100% be back soon!!!

Quiet and beautiful area just 20 minutes driving to the Disney parks. Very spacious inside, comfortable after a whole day of walking in the sun! Will be staying again for next Disney visit.

My family and I had such a great time! It was big and nice. Was great price for all that came with it. I searched for weeks for the right place to go and this place had the best price and reviews. There was a lot of information and the host was very quick to respond and make it an easy check in. I will be coming back for sure!

Ana was always super responsive, and incredibly flexible and helpful with the apartment's vehicle registration when my flight was delayed past the front office being closed.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The apartment was so cute and cozy, super clean and spacious. It is in a gated property so itself safe and overall a great location. If and when I am back in town, I will definitely stay here again.

The Air BNB was great. Unfortunately we had to deal with alot of traffic thanks to construction. And people in the place above us was stomping all day and night. Obviously the hosts have no control over that. But just be aware there is alot of construction traffic and u might have to deal with people stomping.

We had a wonderful time. Breakfast on the balcony before heading anywhere. The pool facility was awesome. Large pool with lots of chaise lounges and tables. Cabanas are great. We took advantage of the in unit laundry facilities. The condo is in a quiet area and our stay was super relaxing. Excellent place!
