Florita is quirky and shabby chic annexe with a cosy, homely feel - perfect for a seaside getaway. The newly decorated home includes a bedroom with a beautifully tiled shower room and a kitchen area with reclaimed sink, as well as a comfortable space to watch TV. There is also a sofa bed, meaning stays can accommodate 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Guests are welcome to use the patio outside the door and part of the garden too. There's even somewhere to hang wetsuits after a day at the beach!

Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

In the heart of Dawlish, Haldon Terrace is a private row of Georgian terrace houses set in it’s own quiet private gardens. The Annexe is a cosy one bedroom self contained, fully equipped apartment, accessed through the main entrance of the house, it is located on the first floor of the house. It comprises of a bedroom with king size bed, shower room and open plan kitchen and sitting/dining room. To the outside of the property has parking for 1 medium car - by prior arrangement only.
