This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

For lovers of a historic residential atmosphere: A spacious but above all cozy apartment near the Dutch-German border. You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. The property dates back to 1895 and is built as an office building of a textile factory in Dutch hands: 'Spinnerei Deutschland‘. Ample free parking in front of the building. DATE OCCUPIED? Het Goede Gemoed; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind. You will stay in the oldest house in Denekamp. You have access to a complete studio in the barn of this beautiful village farm. A unique and cozy place with access to a beautiful orchard for your own use where you can relax. The living room has its own entrance, hall with wardrobe, bathroom with shower. In the attic is a beautiful large living area with pantry and sleeping area on a mezzanine.

Enjoy the tranquility in our stylish B&B. Within minutes you are in the heart of the city center of Enschede. Ideal for walking or cycling to explore the city and surroundings. A garage is available to store any (electric) bikes safely. Optionally, a breakfast basket can be ordered (€25) which we will then prepare for you to prepare and use at a time of your choice. Towels/kitchen towels are provided.
