In the middle of the meadows, fantastic views and lots of animals around you such as cows, sheep (lambs) and all kinds of birds. In particular, our national bird “the Grutto” is abundantly present here. Nice terrace that looks over the meadows. Living room with air conditioning, kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and toaster. There is a (small)bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. There is no separate toilet.

Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Free 2 kanoes to sail. Free Towels/ tea towels/ linens/ pans/ cutlery/ pepper & salt . Double bed (extra 1-person fold-out bed for 3rd person/ child).
