Each and every element of this former public house has been carefully considered: From the state-of-the-art private cinema in the old beer cellar to the repurposing of the saloon bar into a bright, yet cosy entertaining and dining space, a modern fully fitted kitchen, with adjoining breakfast-coffee bar, to the creation of five double en-suite bedrooms featuring contemporary furnishings and designer fittings. The house makes a perfect base to explore the areas' exceptional mix of golf courses. Three superb championship links courses, Royal Cinque Ports, Royal St Georges and Princes Golf Club, plus two downland courses in nearby Walmer & Kingsdown and North Foreland. The house is unique for this location given its size, amenities and level of finish. No expense has been spared to create a unique and stylish coastal home set over four floors. All the five en-suite bedrooms have super-king beds, dressed in luxurious White Company bedding and the bathrooms all feature powerful monsoon showers. The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with every item of kitchenware you could possibly need to rustle up anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. There's a great selection of restaurants from fine dining to fish and chips, a pub on virtually every street plus a history-rich area that’s easy to explore on foot. By Train: The hourly high-speed train service takes approximately one hour and twenty minutes from London, St. Pancras to Deal town centre and the house is a ten-minute walk from the station. By Car: Deal is twenty-minute drive north Dover and well connected to the motorway network. One parking permit is supplied for guests use, additional pay and display parking is readily available.

Number 5 is a beautiful light and airy seaside home. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and close to the pier and local golf courses. Situated in the old town which is quiet but close to the main shopping area full of independent shops, fantastic cafes and many restaurants. Number 5 has a sunny garden and parking to the front which is a real bonus in the centre of Deal where parking is hard to find and expensive. Suitable for all age groups it offers a great base to visit the local area.

Bijou Fisherman's Cottage in Conservation area

A small, former fisherman’s cottage (ideal for 2 to 3 people) dating back to mid-1800s, Sea Sprite is just one minute away from Deal’s High St, seafront and pier. Located in the heart of the historic Conservation Area, the three floor property has been furnished to create a comfortable, cosy environment. (It should be noted that the stairs to the first and second floor are steep and narrow, with the bathroom on first floor). It’s the perfect base to explore the South East Kent coast.

A comfortable and stylish cottage in the heart of Deal, this little place is full of charm, colour and light. Just a stone's throw from the busy High Street and train station, it provides a convenient and characterful base for exploring the town, the local coastline and the wider East Kent region, with its picturesque walks, beaches, and many excellent golf courses. Pets are very welcome by arrangement. The garden is sunny and has outside seating to make the best of warm evenings.

Number 30 is ideally suited for a couple - this was what I was thinking of when I first started with Airbnb, somewhere we would like to stay. Situated in a quiet area of Deal, Number 30 is a double-fronted house. A short walk from Deal’s town centre; with it’s collection of unique and high street shops, cafes, bars, beach and a pier. The train station is less than a five minute walk away but off-street parking is available too. A great base to explore the Kent coast, or just relax.

A brand new 3 bedroom modern house suitable for couples, families and friends to stay. The house is also ideal for golfers as we are near the Royal Cinque Port and Royal St. George’s. The house is situated in a new development called Pottery Grove and is a 6 minute walk to the station and the local supermarket. It’s a ten minute walk to the high street and sea front. The third bedroom has a single bed and a ‘bed in a box’. This is a unique pull out single bed, thus sleeping 2.
