We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

During a motorcycle road trip from France, we stayed 2 nights in Ivan's house. We really enjoyed the accommodation which is very nice, decorated with great taste and very clean. The host Vlatko and his parents were overall very pleasant and friendly hosts. They responded quickly and accommodatingly to short inquiries, for example, a knife sharpener was brought by the next day on request. The location of the villa is a bit remote, you can easily relax a little louder in the pool or jacuzzi in the evening. The surrounding mountains allow for excellent climbing or hiking tours. It is also about 40 minutes from Zadar. The equipment provided by the accommodation was impeccable and especially the stand-up paddle boards were great for enjoying the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away. Finally, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation here, only the rather bright living and dining room is great during the day, but a little bright for people sleeping in the living room. We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

Accommodation: This house is a real gem!!! Adrijan welcomed us warmly and guided us to the house. The path is a bit adventurous but manageable with any normal car. Once at the house, you will be rewarded by an incredibly great view. The house offers everything you need and invites you to linger. The hot tub is also a great alternative if you don't want to be by the sea all day long. We didn't mind that it was not heatable.. it was still well over 30 degrees at the end of August/ beginning of September and you are happy about the slight cooling. To the island: Pašman is amazing. A small loving, sleepy island with little tourism and many nice places and variety! Thank goodness there is now a Plodine supermarket on Pašman, so the stress of shopping is also gone! In summary, we highly recommend this accommodation and also the island. We loved it, will be back!

Marija and her brother Frane were very great hosts who were quick to communicate with. The modern house is divided into two separate apartments, which are almost identically constructed (the lower apartment also has a separate toilet) The pool with some salt water and the built-in whirlpool jets is an absolute highlight and was pleasantly warm even in the colder evening hours. Overall, the entire property and house was very clean and spacious, which makes the stay of a larger group very pleasant. To Zadar you drive approx. 20-25 minutes, but there are also some good and delicious restaurants relatively close within a short drive.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner and received clear instructions, which made the stay pleasant from the beginning. Particularly noteworthy is the great pool area, which offered us many opportunities to spend time full of fun. The garden house with the well-equipped kitchen was also a highlight. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space, which was especially pleasant as we were a group of 9 people. The five toilets and three bathrooms were a big plus and made the stay very comfortable for everyone. Everything was very clean, and everything was really thought of – from A to Z everything was available to us. We had a great five days and can only recommend the accommodation.

Great Airbnb with plenty of space, cozy beds and couch as well as a very nice pool. We were even allowed to check in earlier and check out later. It was all very straightforward.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

I worry that singing the praises of this property will encourage hordes to book such that we can't the next time we want to stay; but honesty is due. The property is exactly as described and is stunning, both beautifully designed, and built, but also practical for the 3 generations with which we turned up. Light and roomy it makes being comfortable easy and is equipped with all amenities. Everyone will love the pool, sun terraces and the outdoor BBQ and dining area; and young children will revel in their dedicated play space. A car is needed but the property is superbly located, near the airport - though you'd never know - close enough to Zadar and its beguiling old city; with an array of good restaurants within easy reach, but also close to the main national highway for those interested to go deeper. As for the hosts - amazing. Responsive and there to help in whatever way may be needed, and to fulfil any (reasonable) request. Really cannot recommend this property highly enough

We had a lovely holiday! The house was beautiful and equipped with all comforts. 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful swimming pool, 2 verandas in the shade, a BBQ. The reception was very warm and we were pleasantly surprised with some cold drinks and fresh fruit. During our stay, Ivana and her brother Marin gave us nice tips about the area. The location of the house is great; beaches, restaurants and supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

Super nice place to stay, with pool and plenty of comfort, extremely nice hostess. Very child and family friendly (high chair, baby cot, children's dishes, games,...). You can visit Perfect Zadar, the Plitwitzer Lakes, the Krka waterfalls and plenty of beautiful beaches and islands from here. The house is well equipped. Ana left us fruit, wine, coffee, sweets for our children,... on arrival. We were able to barbecue in the garden. In the evening we sat by the cozy oven. Really beautiful (even with sea view) and definitely recommended!!! We say thank you!

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. We had a great stay with a group of 6 people in the period of 10 days in August. Check in and communication were very good and straightforward! Quiet location outside the classic tourist conurbations. To reach nearby beaches, towns and restaurants, a car is highly recommended, as it is difficult to connect to public transport and taxis. The equipment of the house was completely accurate and corresponded to the information, we felt very comfortable in the minimalist but still cozy environment! All in all highly recommended, I'm always happy to come back!

Everything was perfect. The AirBnB is perfectly built for large groups and families and everything was as described. Even when we wanted an extra clean for the whirlpool, as we were using it every day, Goran and his son instantly cleaned it the next day. Will come back!
