Very nice cabin with a nice outdoor space for relaxing. Hot tub was great with a cover over top for when it rained. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen and grill were clean and easy to use for cooking.

The turning leaf lodge was a great place! It had a nice outdoor space for our family. Has enough room inside and out. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

Loved Karen’s cabin. Would love to stay there again! Even had a mama bear visitor with her three cubs. Might have them next time!

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at Whispering Pines. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing all describe the location perfectly. Able to recharge! Laura was very responsive and helpful. Fishing, chickens, horses….kids loved it. Great fire pit in the backyard. Inside was comfortable and cozy with large rooms, comfortable beds and couches. We loved the entire trip and will be back!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, very clean and cozy and felt right at home. There were tons of amenities provided. Absolutely gorgeous scenery, very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the regular world. Our host went above and beyond, and was incredibly helpful. We had a snowstorm during our stay. She was incredibly helpful with making sure we were safe, had everything we needed, and assisted with getting our car out from getting stuck. The locals in the surrounding area were also very kind with assisting in their efforts. She was readily available and ensured that our stay was spectacular, I would absolutely stay again and have her as a host. We are incredibly grateful for all the efforts she did, our weekend was exactly the getaway we needed and her help was irreplaceable. We look forward to next time!

We had a really nice stay at this property, minus the chilly weather. We had been hoping to use the kayaks at the property, but there was too much wind the weekend that we visited. I would definitely book at this property again.

Where to begin? This place is simply perfect. It’s you’re your own slice of outdoor heaven. The “cabin” is actually an AMAZING house with rustic siding & woodsy energy. Awesome kitchen, fantastic living room, great bedrooms & the bathroom is more than adequate. Outside is what truly frosts the cake though. Bonfire pit built into a patio with plenty of wood to burn provided. The creek the cabin is on was where we spent our days when we weren’t out hiking or visiting water falls & state parks. You couldn’t design a better set up, clear cool flowing water—perfect depth to put your lawn chairs in, sit in the middle of & relax in the sun! At night we soaked in the hot tub on the deck…also amazing. On an evening walk we were even invited on a tour of another amazing property up the road by Doug, a very kind gentlemen who was out working in his yard. Lastly, we arrived ahead of schedule (miracle) & after messaging our hosts they graciously allowed us to check in early. PERFECT experience! ❤️?

This is a mountain side location, please be very careful with your vehicle as there are several steep inclines you need to drive up before reaching the home. It is an excellent value and the home is very modest but comfortable. That being said, if you plan to prepare your own meals bring your own items as you will not find basics here. Parking says for 3 vehicles but be aware that it is a single-wide but long driveway. We received notice only one day prior of checking in: the house is on well water, showers are to be limited due to hot water shortage, check-in is 4pm not 3pm as it stated on the site. The midmorning we left we received notification that we could check in early, that would have been helpful to know with planning. Overall it was a very good stay and comfortable. The rooms and beds were perfect for our party size. There are no scenic views here but we took some walks in the snow and enjoyed the wildlife.

Would absolutely stay again! The house is beautiful and perfect for a quiet stay to get away from everything. Bill is by far the best host I’ve had in all my experiences through Airbnb from how great he is with communication to how amazing his baking is! Waking up to fresh scones and drinking morning coffee off the balcony was by far the most relaxing experience, especially when you get to listen to the birds sing. Wish we could’ve made the weekend into an entire week’s stay! 100% would recommend and would love to come back! Thank you Bill!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Frans cabin. While the weather was humid, the inside was cool and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. Everything was spotless and tidy. We appreciated the water and snacks left for us after a very long journey to get there. We arrived after dark and the lights were left on for us which was thoughtful. it was nice to have the shampoo and body wash provided in the shower, a nice touch. Driving our truck through the creek was a fun little feature. I especially enjoyed the privacy of the location and cooling off in the creek. This is the nicest AirBnb we had stayed in.

We had an amazing trip staying here! The pond was so nice to look out at - and the wood stove was so cozy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We were looking for a peaceful, cozy location in nature away from the hustle and bustle of town yet not too far and this was perfect! Rebecca was very responsive to a couple minor issues. Also we got daily visits from a deer and her family. I mean where else can you get that.

We had a wonderful stay at Bill's place! He generously offered us a free upgrade from our original booking and cooked us a wonderful 5 course dinner on the house. He even gave us a bottle of wine to take back with us and gave us eggs from his chickens when we checked out. The property is beautiful and has lots to explore, including a tree house, hedge maze, and a trail through the woods. It was perfect for our dog to explore with us. We highly recommend staying here. Thanks again for everything Bill!

Jake is AN AMAZING HOST, his place was even better than pictures showed or we could have imagined. When we arrived we walked in and felt right at home and felt that the entire stay. Jake was amazing at responding to us as well. We were so happy and loved it so much we booked it again in October before our 1st stay was even over! I know we will be booking many more times as well. We have found our perfect little getaway place to relax and enjoy!

The house was well suited to our needs of our “dog-cation” 2025! It has a huge, beautiful fenced-in backyard. The interior seems like it might be a work in progress of updating/remodeling. One of the beds was comfortable. The other was quite saggy in the middle. The couch could use updating as well, it wasn’t very comfortable. We were so glad they accommodated dogs, as we had five between me and my sister. The dogs loved the backyard even more than the hiking trails! The place was perfect for our visit. We appreciated the hospitality of Zachary and Taylor. The location is ideal with lots of great hiking spots within a 30 minute drive or closer. The nearby restaurants and bars and takeout were all delicious.

The place was great! Ample space for a guys weekend getaway. Loved having the grill and fire pit available. There was propane for the grill but we did bring firewood. The place was clean and well kept. Very close to Wisp resort so lots of activities. The host was also very responsive to my questions.

Lovely cabin in a quiet, wooded, private neighborhood. We chose to drive to the community beach and park there (instead of walking due the steep hills) and spent hours letting the kids play and swim while we took turns stand up paddling. Takes 20-25 mins to drive to most restaurants and activities, but the scenery is gorgeous and there isn’t much traffic. We were grateful for the comfy beds and couches to rest upon after a long day of activities.

Perfect place for our family of 6 for our kids’ Spring break. Close proximity to everything we needed (hiking, lake, Wisp Resort, shopping). Aldon and Morgan were incredibly helpful and responsive.

Just like the pictures, this lakeside cottage is lovely. Great setting and views. Very nicely decorated and very well equipped. Susan was an outstanding host.

This was our family's second time staying here and we intend to do so again next year if she'll have us again! look I am very tempted to NOT write a review because this is a bit of a hidden gem, but the host was excellent and deserves the visibility, even if it means it's harder for us in the future! location is great for hitting up Wisp and far enough away it still feels like a private retreat. really great host who has welcomed us into her cabin twice now! Washer and dryer were clutch w this trip with rain the first day! but we were able to dry out our gear and hit the slops and second day without issue!!!

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The reviews about the sulfur smell from the water are true and if you need to shower you better plan on a lot of time, water pressure in the shower is not great. Neither thing left us with a bad impression of this rental.

Great little spot! Everything is as stated and Phillip was very nice and responsive. The fur babies were cozy too! Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Braedin’s place! The house was incredibly clean, cozy, and had such a warm, homey feel to it. The views were absolutely beautiful—perfect to wake up to and unwind with in the evenings. The bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and the cutest little soaps, which was such a nice touch. The hot tub was amazing and made for the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Braedin was very communicative and made everything super easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!
