Amazing place! Highly recommend. Property is beautiful, easy access to all lake activities, private and quiet, high end amenities, whole experience was perfectly designed down to every last detail. Can't recommend enough and will definitely stay again.

1. Favorite: The beds were super comfy… u will get a great night sleep any of the 4 beds that are here… we all loved it. The beds were amazing.. High-lights: 2. Good time snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. 3. Relaxing in the hot tub at 10pm, 20° outside with many stars in the sky…

We had a great time at the house! So peaceful, relaxing, beautiful. You can tell the owner uses the property as well because all details were given extra thought and attention. Within 15 min to great golfing and restaurants. Caught several fish off of the private dock and had fun exploring the lake on the kayaks. Enjoyed warming up by the fire pit and in the hot tub. Definitely recommend!

We loved our time at Border Point Lodge! The cabin is spectacular and has everything you could possibly want or need. The setting is picturesque - the lake is so peaceful! It was such a great place to relax, spend quality time together as family and make memories. Evan and Annie are amazing hosts! Typically, at the end of our family vacations, we are usually ready to get back home. That was not the case on this trip, none of us wanted to leave. We hope to return again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place to stay!

This place was AMAZING! It was just like the photos, in addition had SO MANY AMENITIES! I was shocked to see the kitchen full of gadgets and lots of dishes. We’ve had so many people reach out to ask where we stayed because it was PERFECT.

This is our second stay in 2 months and we love this place. It is so magical even during storms. Brian is very attentive and one of our favorite air b&b hosts. Thank you so much for such a relaxing time. Also, fabulous we could rent a boat so we did not have to bring ours. We love the games available to play as well as the amazing screened in porch to eat all our meals in!

Would definitely recommend. My wife and I were here in mid may it was still chilly at night. The hot tub was amazing and if I ever build my own home I’m installing the same type of in floor heating system they have. It was beautiful and our dog even loved it

Overall a nice place, very clean and no major issues. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/ pots and pans. Linens were clean and even had a few extra blankets. Only 4 sets of towels but seeing you had laundry, this wasn't an issue. Finishes are builder basic, maybe a little better but work just fine for a cabin stay. Just know if you are staying in this clubhouse area, other guests have access to the building/common areas which are only separated by a basic glass interior door with a blind. The exercise room/common space shares a wall with the master bedroom so you can hear people coming and going to the hot tub/sauna. Not as private as you might like but if you know that going in or rent both cabins, not a huge deal. Neighborhood was quiet and only a 4 min drive to downtown Nisswa. Check out responsibilities are minimal and easy to follow with the provided guide. Overall it was a nice stay and Chad was very responsive. Wouldn't hesitate renting from Chad again. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Goodwin Lake. The property is perfect for an "up north" stay, and Laurie is an excellent host.

We really enjoyed our stay at Babe’s cabin for the long holiday weekend. Perfectly peaceful and close to some cute small towns. We especially enjoyed the sauna and the campfire pit. A very well-appointed cabin with everything you need for a weekend away. Appreciated all the local recommendations too. Would highly recommend checking out the Paul Bunyan Trail (access point in Nisswa) if you have a four-legged family member with you. We hope to be back again! Thanks!

Such an incredibly peaceful stay! We loved the snowy views and lounging by the fireplace. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bit of quiet and relaxation. Comfortable bed, amazing tub and sparkling clean when we arrived. Very responsive and helpful hosts that provided us with tons of recommendations of places to eat and grab a good cup of coffee. We would definitely stay again with our little pup!

Maribeth and Paul were very helpful and always responsive to our requests. The cabin was well appointed and had everything we needed. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards. They even had a small fishing boat available for a small fee. The most amazing part of the stay was the beautiful lake right outside our window. We will be back!

I can’t recommend this cabin enough! The location is perfect. It’s very remote since the lot is large and surrounded by trees however you are a short drive to town which has everything you could possibly need. The cabin itself is stunning. Beautifully decorated. Great furniture. You can tell every detail was curated and vetted. Bonus: lots of cool wildlife! I’ll be coming back for sure.

This place was much better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable. John had bait and wood for us to use during our stay. The view of the sunset was absolutely beautiful!!

I had a great stay. I went solo and felt like it was enough room. I loved the back yard and the view of the lake. Our host was very responsive with any questions I had. But I would mention that the window in the bathroom does not have anything from keeping someone to look in. But besides that, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

This was our 2nd time at Sunset Retreat and our family loves this beautiful lake home. The grandkids had so much fun swimming in the shallow, sandy beach area. Everyone caught so much fish as Goodrich is a great fishing lake. The cabin is extremely clean, the beds are so comfy and we feel right at home there. We saw eagles flying over the lake, enjoyed smores at a bonfire compliments of the home owners, which was a nice treat. Communication with the home owners is fantastic. This is a hidden gem and we will be back again next year. Thank you Ron & Lori for letting us use your beautiful lake home!!! The Rand's

2nd year in a row at this wonderful home on Big Sandy Lake. It's spacious, modern and has a great view of the lake. They added a ping pong table downstairs which gave us hours of fun competition when the weather wasn't great to be outdoors. They have a big outdoor grill for cooking family dinners and a great kitchen fully equipped for cooking indoors. Wonderful place and lots of fun.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Greg’s place. The place was exactly as listed with a few bonuses once we got there. Greg was great to work with and make sure we had everything we needed. We had gone out to get supper and he let us know that there might be an issue with the keypad once we got back, but he already had a solution and was super quick to solve the problem! We would highly recommend staying here and will be back when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the screened in porch more!

We had 7 guys up for a golf trip and this was a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, and the view of the lake was wonderful! Highly recommended if you’re headed this direction with a group or have families with kids!!

Little Blue is extremely well taken of - with manicured lawns, beautiful patio with grill and fire pit and a nice sandy beach. It’s a great place to unplug - no TV - peaceful and calm, surrounded by nature’s sound . Doug and Janene are kind and generous, great communicators and flexible. They make you feel welcome and even have a little gift in store for their guests - a mug to remember Little Blue with every sip of coffee.

This home is located perfectly on the resort, closest to the lake. It was very cozy and felt like home. Can’t wait to find another time to come back!

Beautiful home and area. A little bit of a challenge getting to and from the lake. Very steep. We made it work. Definitely worth the added hike. Home was extremely clean and kitchen was great. Loved it.

The Cabin is as described. Rustic and Quaint. it was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the beach and the fishing was fantastic. Use of the Pontoon with the rental was definitely a deciding factor. We would definitely stay again.
