The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The apartment is located at the entrance to the Wissbach Gorge and 9 km away from the Treetop Trail and 16 km from the St. Gallen Monastery.

Our breeding farm includes alpacas, dairy cows, pigs, bees, goats, chickens, cats and our child-friendly dog. We offer a special holiday experience where you have the opportunity to meet all the farm animals and their offspring up close. During your holiday you have the exceptional opportunity to test our alpaca bedding.

Sie übernachten hier in einem Ferienhaus neben dem Village. Das Haus wurde 2020 renoviert. In unserem Ferien- und Erlebnisdorf Villa Donkey bieten wir mehrere Tipis, Chalets und Jurten mit unterschiedlicher Ausstattung zum Schlafen an. Zudem gibt es noch ein altes Herrenhaus mit 3 DZ und 1 EZ und Ferienwohnungen auf der anderen Strassenseite. Das Village mit Feuerstelle, Abenteuerspielplatz und Freizeitwiese steht natürlich auch unseren Gästen der Ferienwohnungen zu Verfügung.

It is quietly located and you can relax well in the garden, by the tiled stove or fireplace. It has free Wi-Fi and is also suitable for home office. The Neckertal is a romantic, dreamy valley with many hiking and biking opportunities and is located between the two tourist destinations Appenzellerland and Toggenburg.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Tranquility, privacy and views of the countryside await you at this place of relaxation. The almost 300 year old Toggenburg farmhouse was completely renovated in 2014 and now captivates with its unique charm. Old meets new and thus covers all modern standards. The house is in the middle of nature at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking the vastness or the adjacent forest. Here you can relax and completely relax.

Experience and inhabit paradise

Charming gazebo with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, light the fireplace, and cozy warmth is guaranteed! In summer, a dormitory is also available in the barn, e.g. for families. A kitchen is available, about 20 m from the cottage. On request, we provide breakfast for an extra charge of CHF 13 per person, which must be paid in advance as we have unfortunately had bad experiences.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
