On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Deißlingen offers attractive natural or paved forest and field paths, as well as cycle paths. In the village, there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, and 1 supermarket, which are reachable in a few minutes' walk. A hotel with a restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also reachable in a few minutes' walk.
