Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Del Monte Forest

Beautiful Stay and very helpful host! Great amenities and the sunset views are stunning. Plenty of parking and things to do in the area Will definitely try to be back!

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

Nice modern place right on the beach! Appreciated having larger tv in the living room and lots of kitchen supplies to cook with. Staff were very responsive with my requests and it was a nice, quiet getaway.

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

The place was great! Both bedrooms were a good size and had closets and dressers to put clothes away. The entire space was really clean and felt comfortable. The property has heated pools, a playground, walking paths and beach access. It was great for us and our two young kids!

The accommodation met our wishes and expectations in every way. The communication with the host was friendly and very nice. If possible, we would like to come back.

The home is amazing for families of small children. We had 6 adults and 3 kids under 2. Meli provided strollers, high chairs, booster seats, kids plates and cups, and more. It was very easy for a Family vacation. We would happily stay again.

Perfect location for us while visiting family in the area and attending my Grandma’s 95th birthday celebration all while still feeling like we were on a remote vacation for my own little family. We definitely plan to return!! Thank you Carli and Team!!

Fantastic location and home for a family get-away. Much to see and do on site and in the local area. The home is very comfortable and welcoming with all the amenities you might need and more. Can’t wait to book again!

Such a beautiful home in an ideal location! We were able to walk to the Boardwalk as well as downtown. Honestly could not ask for more from the property or the host. Our family is already trying to plan for our next vacation and this is the place where we want to stay.

Vic and Leanne's place is great! We've stayed there several times, and will be back, I'm sure. It's clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with a very well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen and appliances are new and nicely done. Plenty of local coffee for the coffee maker. Vic and Leanne are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Recommended!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

This was our third year using Donna’s home for our week-long annual trip to the Monterey peninsula. We have always been pleased with our stay, and this year was no different. Donna’s home has everything a family or group could need. The home has always been clean and tidy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to most of the points of interest in this area including golf courses, the popular Monterey Bay Aquarium/Fisherman’s Wharf, and Laguna Seca Raceway. Her communication has been friendly and clear - no troubles to speak of. If you are considering a stay in this area, either short or longer term, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackie's beach house. The house was walking distance to all our favorite places to go. Honestly, we loved hanging out in the backyard too. The BBQ was perfect and ready to go. I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect and we look forward to coming back again.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Had a wonderful time at this Seascape 1 bedroom unit. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. It was well stocked with everything you need. Tyler was very responsive when I needed help with the television remote control. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in the area.

Amazing views and walk to the beach. Beautiful beach! Perfect condo with lots of great touches like the bidet, and cutco knives.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David!
