Departamento en planta baja con terraza privada y estacionamiento, a unos pasos del Parque Hundido y del Hospital 20 de Noviembre. Un espacio cálido, tranquilo y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Ubicado en una calle tranquila, pero cerca de avenidas principales, restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados y transporte público. Un lugar perfecto para quienes buscan descansar, trabajar o recuperarse en un ambiente cómodo, limpio y hogareño. Será un placer recibirte en el depa PB.

Flat with excellent location

Departamento con acabados modernos, tiene algunos de detalles de humedad. Ya que esta sobre la avenida hay algo de ruido de autos y cuando entran y salen personas del edificio. No cuenta con estacionamiento, ni estufa. Es otro punto importante que la mayoría de los huéspedes preguntan. Cerca del departamento hay un Superama, Soriana, Oxxo, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, tintorerías, gimnasio, clínica-hospital, metro a 5 cuadras ,metro bus y trasporte público. Esta como se ve en las fotos.

"El Palomar de Leonardo" is very well lit, it is a space with a rustic design. Functional, providing great comfort and a very good location. The kitchenette allows the preparation of food with complete freedom and comfort (Microwave Oven, Stove, Refrigerator and kitchen utensils). Close to Mixcoac Metro station 200m All guests are welcome, regardless of gender, religion, race, or creed. Due to the proximity to another space and stairs, we do not allow children under 12 years old.

Within walking distance you will find a variety of local and international restaurants, Italian, French, Japanese and others, Starbucks, movie theaters and shopping malls such as Pabellón Del Valle and Plaza Universidad.

Bonbon Relaxing Studio near Parque Hundido

I was surprised on how beautiful surrounding areas of this apt are. From Colonial to Folkloric and full of vegetation. Coyoacán and Parque Hundido nearby, as well as modern Manacar Mall. Not to mention the top quality mattress, pillows and linens with powerful 100 mb wifi. Enjoy it!
