My experience at this property was excellent. The location is unbeatable, very close to everything you need and in a safe and quiet area. The house was impeccable, very well equipped, comfortable and with all the details taken care of. From the first moment, the host was very attentive, kind and professional, always available for any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, pleasant and carefree stay.

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and had a great time. Each room has its own bathroom with plenty of towels, mini fridge, safe, and fan, which is great for a large group. It’s in a super walkable and safe location, and our hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed the roof deck despite some rain, and overall had a great time here. The washer and dryer were also a huge perk. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stayed. The place was clean and kid friendly. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Great place to visit museums and walk around the neighborhood. An amazing building to rest after a long day in the city. Wonderful pool to do some laps.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

Gorgeous place to stay in CDMX! We couldn't get over the incredible views of Chapultepec park and the surrounding area that can be enjoyed from the balcony and rooftop. The building itself is very nice, quiet, and felt safe with the security at the entrance. The location is perfect, on a quiet street of Condesa walking distance to the amazing nearby parks, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and provided detailed check-in instructions. Overall, we were so grateful to have a relaxing, nice place (with AC!) to come home to after long days of exploring the city.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent accommodation if you plan to go to Mexico City for a few days or even to stay for several weeks, it is a very comfortable and modern apartment. If you're traveling without a car, the metrobus line is just a few meters away. There is 24-hour security and attention in the building. Highly recommended

Try to have the apartment with all the comforts we need to feel at home, in addition to giving us great recommendations for places to visit nearby. Mario was incredibly responsive and helpful. The space was spacious and clean and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. There was plenty of clean towels and a couple extra fans which were helpful during the slightly warmer times of day. Would definitely stay again!

The loft was just like the pictures- very beautiful and spacious. We were looking for a quiet place to stay and it was great. Any issues we had were very minor and dealt with very quickly- extremely helpful host, beautiful place to stay and great area. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s super easy to get around from the location. Highly recommend!
