Behind the lodge a private terrace for guests. "..a magic place in the middle of the city" Close to city center, the 'Haagse market' and Zuiderpark and beach. There are two bikes available, an easy way to visit the city, or nature: dunes and beach, also in wintertime nice for a refreshing walk.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Bij Florijn is een authentieke knusse kamer (20m2) in het prachtige historische centrum van Delft. We zijn de B&B, vernoemd naar onze eerste zoon, begonnen om iedereen te laten genieten van deze prachtige stad, zoals wij dat elke dag doen! Er zijn talloze cafés en restaurants, veel culturele ontdekkingen en bovenal een fantastische historische sfeer. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang en beschikt over een privé badkamer met douche en toilet. Er is geen ontbijt inbegrepen.

Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.

Location In the middle of the historical city centre of Delft, just around the corner of the ‘Beestenmarkt’ (known for its lively cafes) you can find our monumental house. The charming and spacious apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. The chalet is located in the backyard of an existing premise with private entrance. 10 min walk from the railway-station, the center or TU. It is equipped with a complete kitchen (refrigerator, gas cooking stove, oven, microwave), bathroom (toilet, shower) and central heating. A covered terrace and garden. Small supermarket at 200 meters. Free car parking 15 minutes walk distance. A great place to stay for work or pleasure!

The apartment is located in a monumental building right in the friendly old town of Delft. There is a private bathroom and kitchen and the appartment is provided with all the comforts. Please note!! You have to climb 2 steep stairs to get to your apartment (look at the pictures). We are not always personally present to help with large suitcases.
