Lovely place to stay! Love the location and easy access to the lake and local shops. Darrik was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will book again!

The place was beautiful and clean once we got inside. The keypad was a little tricky to get the whole keypad to light up to put our passcode in. The room was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and dishes. The room temperature was nice and warm.

It was perfect fir what we needed. A clean private place. Perfect with location for visits with parents.

Jennifer was such an amazing host! Very accommodating & great at responding. The property is private and absolutely beautiful! I hope to experience that sunset again. We had a blast playing fetch with Pepper, one of the farm dogs. If you love animals, this is the place for you! We also really enjoyed the hot tub. Although Jennifer and her family live in the same building, we had no issues with feeling like we had no privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the room is cozy! The suite has a modern feel to it and is fairly spacious. Boissevain is a 3 minute drive away which makes grabbing something to eat or getting gas easy peasy. We stopped by the bakery in town and the scones are to die for! We tried the cheddar dill pickle. Yum! If you have the chance to book a night or two at Back 40 Hideaway, you definitely should! Thank you again, Jennifer and family for the amazing hospitality. Maybe next time we will meet Blaze as well!
