This cottage has a Fully equipped kitchen, light bright liv/din area, screened wrap around porch. Perfect spot for your next family vacation or weekend get away. While staying at the cottage you are welcome to enjoy our paddle boards and kayaks. Also catch and release fishing. No pets. Discounts for non-refundable cancellations.

Welcome to my dad's home! He moved in with me so I can better help with his affairs. All proceeds go toward his care and updating his beloved home. Pricing is deliberately kept low as it can use some cosmetic work. This home will still suit your needs just fine as it did for my dad. It's conveniently located near I4 in between the theme parks and Daytona beach. To keep this fun, I decorated this home with Florida-themes- each bedroom representing a different aspect of Florida.

The Hillside Haven Oasis

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment.
